Being offered is an exceptional and rare circa 1945 sterling silver bowl by William Spratling, of Taxco, Mexico. Handwrought bowl featuring three incised silver tabs with bezel set amethyst cabochons. Dimensions: 10 inches diameter by 1 3/4 inches tall, the 3 amethyst tabs are 2 7/8 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches deep. Marked as illustrated in photo. In excellent condition, great weight 19 oz.

A fine vintage cutwork Roden sterling silver napkin ring. Roden was bought out by Birks in 1928. This 5/8" wide napkin ring measures 1-11/16" across the interior and it has a Janie monogram. It is stamped STERLING with the Roden company mark. Birks bought all Roden's inventory and parts and molds, and the Roden mark can be seen on some Birks silver items until several decades after. It is in excellent vintage condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

This hand hammered sterling silver bowl was designed & signed c. 1940's by Taxco Mexico artist William Spratling. The interior of the bowl measures 6 1/2" across & 2 1/2 inches deep. Bowl weight is 652 grams or 23 oz. Each of the 3 handles are accented with 2 raised silver domes. Beautiful condition. Excellent accent piece for any room. This beautiful pair of silver plates designed by Spratling were hand forged in the 1940's. Each plate measures 4" across. Together the pair weigh 125 grams.
