A fascinating manipulation of fired on patination to the copper or bronze, shouldered vase. A rich, earthy copper red fired on patina is on the interior and on the exterior serving as background to irregular streams, inlets and pools of dappled verdigris among, and picked out by, (seemingly) flames of speckled gold fading into the background color. We included one picture with filtered sunlight to better pick out the colors...

Lovely English 1920's pink guilloche enamel sterling 8 day clock. This great little octagonal clock measures 3 1/8" by 3 1/8". A finely chased silver edge accents the guilloche enameling. The clock face is a beige color with black deco numerals and dark blue hands. The face is covered with a slightly convex glass. Brass easel back. Marks include an anchor, a lion, and an "A"-Birmingham, sterling, 1925. In addition there are makers marks which appear to be ABLP. Excellent condition.

Hammered silver sugar tongs from Martin Mayer in Mainz, Germany, c 1920-30. Martin Mayer’s firm, founded 1888, was a well-known manufacturer of silver cutlery and jewelry until it was confiscated by the Nazis in 1938. Peter Behrens, Hans Christiansen and Patriz Huber are known to have worked for Martin Mayer. Of these, Behrens - one of the founders of the Deutscher Werkbund – is the most likely to have designed these sugar nips. German silver standard mark (crown and 835) and makers mark MM...

A Birks sterling silver footed round salver or serving tray with the Birks year mark for 1955. This quality 7-1/8" across vintage tray is stamped BIRKS STERLING 106/0. The salver sits slightly raised on feet. It weighs 167 grams, and it is in very good condition with no bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some surface spotting and a small dent (the spots can be buffed out)...

A lovely set of mid-century enameled sterling silver coffee spoons by Henry Clifford Davis. Davis focused mostly on smaller objects, often enhanced with enamel. The spoons have unusual melon-ribbed bowls and elegant translucent guilloche enamel handles with an engraved Greek key-type design. Each is fully stamped with Davis' hallmarks and the date letter for 1950...

A set of 3 Lars Knudsen Danish Modern brass candlesticks. These stylish vintage 1960s Danish Modern brass candlesticks are simple and classy and their heights are 5-1/8", 6-1/4" and 7-1/2". They each have the Lars Knudsen Made in Denmark stickers, and this set of three is in excellent original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. European silver and enamel cigarette case, ca 1920. Rectangular, curved, and hinged. On cover, a horse’s head appears in an entryway, with two protective borzoi dogs standing guard. Stable drama against a semi-abstract background of brick and stone, and bluish ground. Gilt interior. Engraved monogram on back. Marked “900”. Very good condition with strong color.

Very unique modernist art 930 silver vase, Israel, c.1950's. Completely handmade and acid etched, it measures 8" high and the bottom part is 4 1/4" wide, and is in excellent condition. Made of heavy gauge 930 silver, it weighs 7 troy oz. and is signed "SRAEL NAOR 930 HAND MADE". Great piece and completely original in design. Very difficult to photograph - the piece is quite fantastic.....$11 for insured USA shipping plus applicable NY sales tax.

A vintage mid century modernist salt spoon by William Spratling in sterling silver and ebony. From Spratling's 3rd design period.

The ebony wood and sterling salt spoon measures 3 1/4" long. Marked with the conjoined 'WS' and an eagle mark that is partially struck. It is in fine condition with some tarnish and a very minor ding.

This set has been manufactured by Redlish & company, a New York company 1895-1946 manufacturers of sterling novelties, hollowware & some goldwork. Size: The teapot is 9.5"H x 7"W, sugar bow 3.5"H x 5"W and creamer's measurements are 4" x 4"...

5-Light Sterling Candelabra is 9 3/8" tall. I believe the pattern is called Gadroon.

There are some very minor dings on the base rim, but otherwise near perfect condition.

Set of 6 large 800 silver teaspoons from Roumania, c.1937. Sleek clean modernist design, they each measure 5 9/16" long and there is a slight gold wash inside the bowl. Each squared off bowl measures 1 3/4" long by 1 3/16" wide. They are each signed "R(in circle for Roumania)CROWN A(in soft triangle for .800 silver, 1937)" on the back with two other hallmarks in the bowl, that are hard to decipher. Very good condition but could use polishing...

This is a lovely set of Cohr 4 blue wax candles and 2 silver plate holders. The set is complete in its original box and has never been used. The candlestick holders have a neat, mod design. They measure 3 3/4" (and are concave) x 2 1/8" x 3/4". They have very good heft, weighing 5 ounces. They are marked Cohr with the Cohr maker's mark and DENMARK. The set is in excellent condition! The box is not in excellent condition (see pictures).
