Fine silver plate painted cigarette case with a later applied pictorial image of a pin-up cowgirl with a frying pan. Size; Measurements are 3 1/4'' x 5", no condition concerns.
Beautiful red and white sunbonnet quilt, c.1930's. There are 18 sunbonnets girls and the quilt measures 68" by 90". The fabric seems to be a sort of rayon, perhaps, as it has a sheen. The all around red scalloped edging is 4 1/2" wide and the backing is all white. There are some light brown stains around on one of the sunbonnets(see photo). Otherwise, excellent condition. Moonstone is the name of this opalescent hobnail pattern that was produced by Hocking Glass Company from 1941 to 1946. Offered here is the 4 3/4 inch round puff(or powder) box in excellent condition. See my other listings for more in this pattern.
This lovely candlestick features Hiesey's very popular upside-down Orchids and bows. The Orchid pattern was produced between 1940 and 1957, and this one still bears its foil Heisey label. The taper will fit in the deep hole of the flared and knobbed candle holder. It measures 4 3/4" across the foot and stands 3 3/4" high. This lovely is in excellent, unused condition. Insurance and confirmation are included in the price.

In the mid-1930s, Venini engaged Carlo Scarpa to design innovative glass surface textures and this historical gem, "A BOLLICINE", survives in excellent condition! The base is polished and has 2 acid stamps: "venini murano" and "MADE IN ITALY", measuring 2" H, 3 3/4" W, 3 3/4"D.

A pair of small vases by Nils Kähler, Denmark, 1960’s. Stoneware, partly polished, partly glazed in olive green over carved decoration: zigzag to one vase and stripes to the other. Marked HAK for the family pottery Herman A Kähler, Nils and Denmark. Height "2 ¼ / 6 cm. Condition: fine.

This is the largest size Thule vase made by Holmgaard.
The vase, made in smoke grey glass, is 9 1/4 inches (23.2 cm) in diameter, and stands 6 1/2 inches (16.5 cm) tall at the highest point. It tapers to 3 1/8 inches (7.9 cm) at the base.
It is in excellent, near mint condition, with no discernable scratches (except for those expected on the base), and no chips cracks or repairs. Absolutely beautiful piece of glass!
The base is signed Holmgaard/1961 with Per Lutken's cypher
