This was the traditional jacket used by girls of the Yi Chinese ethnic Minority. Girls wore this style until they were married. This garment is small and was most likely worn by a child between 7-10 years old. 1930's Chinese Silver Gilt Heart Shaped Tourmaline & Jadeite Beads Carved Bracelet Marked

It is 7.9 inches (20 cm) in circumference by 2.3 inches (5.8 cm) inner diameter and 1.1 inches (3 cm) wide. The heart plaque is 22.25 mm wide. The bead rang from 10.48 mm 13.8 mm. It weighs 42.1 gram.

The silver is tarnished. It also has inclusions at the beads and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos).

The Suspension holes are biconically off set drilled with mineral deposits within. The entire surface is covered in tremolite growth , a wonderful pendant. Size H 2"W over 1.5"
