An antique luminous white Chinese Peking Glass wine cup. It is molded glass, cut/grinded with a short carved foot. Chinese glass was largely used to imitate more precious materials such as white jade, lapis lazuli and other valuable minerals.

Southern Plains Beaded Hide Doll probably Comanche Kiowa, c. 1900. She has yellow ochre high-top moccasins, yarn hair, and an ink-drawn face. She is 12" tall.

Whimsical jadeite carving of a Chinese cabbage, with very detailed leaves slightly peeled back, a bumpy texture and veining on the back of each leaf, and a small critter crawling along the top of the cabbage. Very realistic and beautifully carved. 20th century

Indian Jain bronze figure of Vishnu with Lakshmi seated on his knee. Six other figures are present including 2 attendants on the bottom. The figure on the bottom is their friend and vehicle, Garuda. Incised with writing on the base and back.

A tobacco pouch from Indus Kohistan, probably Palas or Kolai valley. Cotton embroidered with silk in satin stitch. The string on the side of the bag is used to hang the pouch from a huqqa (water pipe) while it is being smoked. Circa second half of 20th century. Condition of this textile is excellent.

This beautiful contemporary Ningyo is by an important artist, Nishikitsuka Moeharu. His Kimikomi style of work has been exhibited in many galleries and museums, including the Homma Museum in Japan. She is holding peach sprays. Carved of wood with applied silks brocades. She has a sensitively rendered face with carved lacquered hair adorned with a gold hair ornament. 9 inches (23cm) high. Base: 10.5 x 8.25 inches, 27 x 21 cm.
Semi antique, large woman’s sarong from the Stieng/Xtiêng ethic group Vietnam. Over 60 years old, this is woven from all handspun cotton threads. There is a patch, 7cm x 2cm fray on one edge and small 1cm hole. L: 203cm/79on39.8in and W: 94cm/37in.

Pair of unusual 1930s Japanese sterling silver salt and pepper shakers in a shape of Amida Buddha sitting with his hands in jo-in mudra - hand gesture signifying concentration. Excellent quality work, great faces and textile lines. Sliding door on the bottom, marked STERLING 950. Excellent design, very well made, wonderful table objects. Height 2.1 inches, weight of the two 54 grams.

India 19th c hand carved stone spice bowls, used throughout India in traditional homes these spice bowls are carved in a variety of stone these are mostly seatite . The larger has a nice warm patina I use one in my kitchen for sea salt. Size over 3.75 w on larger 2.75 or so on the smaller H just under 2 " on taller.
