This hand strung tiger’s-eye, rhodonite and cloisonné necklace is 24” long. All the stone pieces are very well cut and polished. The color and quality are quite good, too. The clasp is made of silver. The necklace was a 1970~1980 product and is in great condition.
Japanese shin hanga woodblock print depicting sailboats under a full moon viewed through a pine branch titled "Full Moon at Akashi Beach" by Tsuchiya Koitsu (1870-1949) dated in the left margin "Showa 9" (1934) with the title above. The black ink signature and red seal of the artist are at the lower right corner of the image. Post World War II edition with the Watanabe 6mm circular seal at the lower left corner. Paper measures 15 3/8" x 10 1/2" (image: 14 1/4" x 9 1/2")...

A pair of Chinese blanc-de-chine 'heron' candlesticks each perched among folliage with flowers and other wildlife.

Size: Height: 19.75 inches, Width: 7 inches, Depth: 5 inches

Age: 19th Century

Condition: Good condition. One of the herons has the top of his crown broken off and there are small areas of chips and cracks which are normal for this size and age.
Japanese shin hanga woodblock print by Shiro Kasamatsu (1898-1991) titled "Misty Evening at Shinobazu Pond" dated in the left margin "4th month of Showa 7" (1932). First edition impression bearing the C-seal ("sausage seal") of the publisher Watanabe in the lower right margin. This seal was used between 1929-1942. The artist's red signature seal is located at the lower left corner of the image. Paper size: 15 1/4" x 10 1/4" (image: 14 1/8" x 9 1/4")...
