Beautiful work in good condition there 3 rough spots on a butterfly wing and by flowers above and there is a close up of the spot, I found it by feel since its not very visible. Japanese 20th Century black and white woodblock print. Beautiful print of fishing baskets hanging above the deck, with relection from water below. There is the artist's stamp in the lower left hand corner and there is also a stamp in the back lower left hand corner. The print has been laid down on a thin board. The print measures 12 1/4" wide by 16 3/4" tall.
A hardwood stacked box attached with a holder to carry the boxes and a rod which slides inside the lid of the box to keep the box closed with a lock. Age: 20th century (c1950).

This Chinese Jacket from Yunnan Province, was part of the traditional Yao Ethnic Minory costume. Approx 50 years old this
textile is handwoven from indigenous plant fiber. The fibers are supposed to "last forever" so jacket will "never show used"...The thread used for hand embroidery (mostly using cross stitch technique) appears to be cotton. Jacket would be worn open, the silver buttons are intended for decoration only...
