Generally sakiori is hand-woven of recycled strips from old cloth for wefts , however we call the one also sakiori whose wefts are bunch of yarns. It is 5.3 inches (13.5 cm) by 10 inches (25.5 cm) wide with stand and 3.3 inches (8.5 cm) tall by 10 inches (25.5 cm) wide. Total weight is 3.6 Lb.

It has dark spots, skip glazes, glaze crazing, glaze cracks, and surface wears and scratches. The wood stand has chips and surface scratches (as seen in the photos).

A pair of miniature wood sculpture of Ebisu and Daikoku which are two of the Japanese Seven Dieties believed to bring good luck. Ebisu is a diety of fishery which brings plentiful catch and Daikoku is a diety of agriculture which brings good harvest. Both are in excellent condition with an original wood box. 20th century.
