The natural ash glaze gradates from a light-glossy grey on one side to a blueish grey on the other. The foot of the bowl is unglazed at the base and shows traces of ferrous-rich clay in the form of an orangish hue. The mouth of the piece is somewhat oblong giving it an attractive shape and the rough texture and ash deposits in places give this bowl a weighty presence...

A Chinese Yixing Teapot, Late Qing/Republic. Length approximately 9 cm (the tip spout to the handle) , height approximately 5 cm. The teapot has 3 (three) small chips at the tip spout and the cover. Good condition, free of restoration and hairline.

This leaded fixture is well done with beautiful coloring. Bunches of grapes hang in red and purple, along with green leaves admist a carmel background. It has a 24" diameter and is approximately 14" deep.

Japanese woodblock print by artist Hiroshi Yoshida (1876-1950), from the series Fuji jukkei (Ten Views of Fuji), dated, titled Fuji Yama from Okitsu and signed in pencil, with publisher's marks along left edge.

It features a gentleman in colonial garb, holding a tri-corn hat in one hand and a staff in the other. He is standing on a path which leads to a cottage, surrounded by trees, and highlighted by a red roof, in the background...

An early 20th C. Chinese silver double happiness ring, it's in a very unique 3 parts format. In excellent condition. Marked. Size 7.

A Chinese Yixing Teapot, Late Qing/Republic. Width 19 cm (tip spout to handle) and height 10.5 cm. The teapot has a tiny chip inside the cover (not appeared). Good condition.

This is a beautiful ladle measuring 12 3/4" in length. The bowl is in the shape of a large shell, and there is a lion engraved on the handle. There are four marks on the back of the handle which I tried to photograph. The first long one I can't make out, the second is the head of a lion with a crown on his head, the third is a full lion, and the last has initials which I believe to be HB. I believe the ladle to be Georgian.

A Chinese couplet scroll in calligraphy excerpting from a work composed by the noted literati scholar, Su Dongpo from the Song Dynasty. Work contains the signature and seal of Zheng Xiaoxu (1860-1938).The two line couplet expresses how as there are different ways to point out the errors in an embroidered robe, or a crane hesitating to fly has yet to mature into an immortal.
