Chinese vintage belt hook carved in the form of a dragon's head curled to face a crouching chimera with scrolling vines in his jaws. On top of the chimera's back is a bat and coin representing good fortune. The jadeite is very beautiful in color and ranges from a pale, almost white starting at the head of the dragon and gradates to a bright orange color with a steak of bright green in the center. Size: 5 1/4" long x 7/8" wide x 1 3/4" high

Beautiful calligraphy box made from precious Chinese zitan wood, with carved compartments for an inkstone and water dropper. Kanji markings on bottom of dropper, aged piece of wood also with kanji marks is included in this set. The inkwell still has old ink remnants. Gorgeous woodgrain with a lovely shine. Lovely semi-antique Sarouk Farohan hand-knotted carpet from Persia. In good color palette of red-rusts and navy. Important produced piece is signed and dated on borders in Farsi. Good condition with fringed ends.

This is a very fine vintage Plique-a-Jour bowl. It is prolifically decorated with colorful hydrangea and butterflies. It is a petite bowl measuring 3 3/4 inches across and 2 inches tall. An uncommon piece in excellent condition.

Japanese woodblock print of a traditional store front with a red noren and large sign characters over a tile roof. Signed in pencil by Katsuyuki Nishijima (born 1945) and number 453 in series of 500. Has the oval red seal indicating early works. Unframed.

Simple and sweet silver 9 mm bezel set amber ring marked M. R. and 800 in a red box with the marks of WPHA?, 1, KWI, and other marks.
Size 8.25. Resizing could obliterate the maker's marks. Very Good condition and the box is very nice too...

This embroidered cloth from Paktya province measures 22 x 22 cm and is in excellent condition. Eight-pointed stars are repeated in symmetry and bordered by scroll motifs, all executed in silk thread in solid stitchery on a fine pumpkin linen background. This textile is in excellent condition. Estimated age: mid to late 20th century. The last photo shows the textile from the reverse, which is as equally fine in detail as the frontpiece.

In central Afghanistan where villages are commonly cut off from the rest of the world during the winter months, the time spent by Hazara women in embroidering textiles such as this one is considerable. Depicting eight-pointed stars and triangles densely embroidered in silk thread on a fine cotton linen cloth, this napkin measures 38 x 40.5 cm and is in excellent condition. Estimated age: mid to late 20th century.

Two small vessels by well known American studio potter Tom Turner (currently living and working in North Carolina.) These two pieces are tenmoku glazed and are hand thrown in porcelain (Tom Turner is acknowledged as an American master in this medium). Both are signed by the artist. In excellent condition.

A vintage sterling silver vermouth dispenser by Gorham in the form of a syringe. These were called “Martini Spikes” when sold by Gorham in the 1960s. The functioning plunger allows vermouth to be drawn up into the syringe, then dispensed in precise doses into your favorite cocktail. Marked “Gorham Sterling 429 Pat. Pend.”.

Origin: America, 1967-70. Condition: excellent, no monograms, no dings. Size: 6-3/8” long.

This is a colorful 1936 series Treasury Department IRS Narcotics form. The document is dated and filed 1947 at Cases Drug Store, Logan Ohio. This decorative record confirms that the narcotic was Codeine Sulphate 1/2 gr. and was purchased by the Rexall Drug Company, Pittsburgh, PA.

The form measures 11" high x 9" wide and is in fine condition except for a 1/2" tear in the upper (R) hand corner (barely seen when framed)...

A Chinese Yixing Teapot, Qing Dynasty. Length approximately 14.8 cm (the tipspout to handle) and height approximately 9.7 cm. The teapot has few chips at the rim. Good condition.
