A Chinese antique pear shaped snuff bottle done in glass overlay with four colours on an opaque white ground. The bottle of compressed ovoid form raising from an oval foot to a tall cylindrical neck. One carved side shows a bird perched on a tall branch holding fruit. On this side the maker has also affixed his mark, from Yangzhou School. On the reverse it shows a bird with overhead butterflies and insects hovering over lily pods in the water...
A lovely little jar with top that measures 2" x 2-7/8". Label reads"Made in Japan". Light wear.
Imperial Cape Cod was produced from 1932-83. This cruet is in excellent condition. (6 oz., straight sided with pointed handle.)
An antique Japanese Ko Tansu known as a personal storage chest made of Kiri (Paulownia) wood. Traditional wiped lacquer finish and original bronze fittings complement this piece. It features a hinged door that houses a compartment with a removable shelf.
This style of chest would make a great bedside stand or an elegant side table in any room of the house.

This porcelain figural group was produced in Germany by Hutschenreuther in the 1940s. It has an inscribed artist's signature, C. Werner, in the base. The figurine measures 11 1/4 inches high and 9 1/4 wide. It is beautifully modeled with fine details. The young, beautiful mother is assisting her infant to take his first steps. It has a classical elegance and yet a modern 1940s stylized look. The figures are realistically hand painted.

Hammered silver sugar tongs from Martin Mayer in Mainz, Germany, c 1920-30. Martin Mayer’s firm, founded 1888, was a well-known manufacturer of silver cutlery and jewelry until it was confiscated by the Nazis in 1938. Peter Behrens, Hans Christiansen and Patriz Huber are known to have worked for Martin Mayer. Pair Glass Paperweights, Bookends, Vintage around 1960's, 3 1/2" wide, 4 1/4" high, oval shape, Burgundy color floral pattern, the condition is good.
Extremely fine triple cased sommerso decanter attributed to Flavio Poli for Seguso Vetri d'Arte, circa 1950s. With a cranberry colored glass core cased inside a layer of vivid blue, cased again inside lavender. The effect of the three layers of colored glass is stupendous. This lovely decanter has a slightly flattened form and stands over 16.25" tall to the top of the stopper. In excellent condition.

A truly extraordinary print of the streets of Tokyo by Japanese Shin-Hanga artist Tsuchiya Koitsu circa August of 1939. Two women, both wearing beautiful blue kimonos, walk in the rain holding parasols. The streets are colored a purple/mauve as the rainwater reflects the light of lanterns from inside of a nearby shop, trees rise above buildings, and despite the depicted weather conditions, this is a very colorful scene. Print is signed and stamped in the bottom left corner...

Offered is this pair of exceptional, cameo-etched Bohemian glass floor vases - the vases are monumental-sized (each vases is approximately 20 inches or 51 cm tall and 8 inches or 20 cm wide).
