A Rare Tang Dynasty Bronze Mirror with Archaic Shanzi Motifs Diameter: 7 5/8 inches (20 cm)

Stunning cut glass compote from the brilliant period. I can't find a signature, but I'm sure its identifiable to an expert on patterns. It measures 8" tall x 6" diameter at the bottom, and has a tear drop stem. There is one TINY flake at the top, but other than that it looks to be in perfect condition.
Lovely footed round box, the hinged top picturing cherubs around a woman. It measures 5" tall and 5 1/2" wide and is in perfect condition.
A Chinese Yixing Teapot, Qing Dynasty. Length approximately 15.6 cm (the tipspout to the handle) and height 11.2 cm. The teapot has chip at the tipspout. Good condition.
A trinket box made from Bog Oak - a partially fossilized wood formed as a result of immersion in Irish peat bogs for approximately 5000 years. The wood has been turned and finely carved with Shamrock leaves and a central Trinity Harp and was made in Ireland in the second half of the 19th Century during the reign of Queen Victoria.
Condition: excellent - no damages or losses.

A Chinese Bronze Censer, Qing Dynasty. Diameter approximately 15.6 cm (across handles), height approximately 6 cm and weight approximately 610 gram. The censer has a dent at the base. Good condition.

A Chinese Yixing Teapot, Qing Dynasty. Length approximately 20.3 cm (the tipspout to the handle) and height approximately 15.3 cm. There are spots on the teapot. Good condition.

Four and half inches in height and Seven inches in length, it bears two famous lines composed by an ancient Chinese poet on the Buddhist tea ceremony. The teapot is exceptional in both its design and workmanship (A tiny chip on the inner mouth-rim).
This is a lovely rosewood music box with a cylinder that plays six tunes. The cylinder can be replaced and others added, but we only have this one for the box. There is no list of the songs it plays, but it has one of the loveliest sounds of any music box we've had. It measures 27 1/2" long x 11 3/4" wide x 8" tall.
A 19th century Chinese canopy lacquered bed of cypress and elmwood (ju-mu). The bed rail has a turned spindle gallery with a low relief carving of scrolling floral panels as the back splash. A lovely set of six sterling silver demitasse spoons in the “Wild Rose” variant of the “Vine” pattern. This is an excellent hand-carved Japanese Netsuke depicting Shoki, the demon queller, in his usual standing position, with his sword drawn. Although he appears to have captured one of them, the other Oni is playfully standing on his shoulders while pulling one of Shoki's ears.
Outstanding detail and form symmetry characterizes this miniature sculpture. Very nice contrast between the patinated robes and the highly polished Oni's and Shoki's protruding body parts.

Antique Chinese low cabinet. The upper portion has two drawers over a compartment opened by two cabinet doors. The doors swing on wooden dowel hinges which seat into small decorative carved peony flowers. The interior of the cabinet has one shelf. The front is finished with a rich red lacquer while the sides and top are a dark, distressed reddish brown lacquer finish.

Dimensions: 33 1/4" high x 31 3/4" wide x 19 1/2" deep.
Painted in mirror images with figures surrounded by buildings in a mountainous coastal landscape. The opposite side with grey birds perched upon a slender prunus. Each side and tops of the vase contain texts and poems. Buddhist lion ring side handles complete each vase.
Each vase stands approximately 14-1/4" high by 5-1/4" wide at its fullest point.
The base is recessed and contains a 4 character mark in red.
Beautiful example of early Qianjiang painting.
