This wonderful sleek brooch, designed by Henning Koppel for the Georg Jensen silversmithy 70 years ago, continues to attract attention in 2024. Produced in 1954, I bought it in the 1960s. It is no longer in production.

A French Art Deco cocktail pick set in the form of Gideon the duck and his snail friend worked in chrome on a mahogany base. The design is by the famed French Art Deco illustrator Benjamin Rabier, who created a comic strip called "The Adventures of Gideon" in 1923. It was immensely popular and Rabier was commissioned to make a range of entertaining barware. Few of Rabier's designs were signed, but this example is signed with his full name. An uncommon boxed set of twelve Art Deco sterling silver cocktail picks with red bakelite finials in the shape of maraschino cherries. The picks are presented in their original velvet and silk-lined fitted box. Each pick is marked “Sterling Silver”. It's quite rare to find a set of a dozen picks rather than the standard six.

A round vase decorated with various flowers, emulating the Chinese style of porcelain known as mille fleur. The work was produced by the contemporary kutani artist, Nakata Kingyoku. The Nakata family is known for the raised painted technique. Includes its own tomobako, signed by the artist. Age: Showa Period Size: Diameter 9" Height 8.5"

Fenton Glass made this Silvertone set from 1937-38. There are no chips or cracks in the glass. Thanks for looking.

This tortoise ashbowl measures 7 1/4" in diameter and 2" high.

Due to the polularity of the tortoise figurines, Wade decided to introduce an ashtray, or ashbowl, utilizing the figurines as decoration to add interest to the bowls. The bowl is in the Scintillite finish.

Federal made the pattern Columbia from 1928-42. This 8" Salad Bowl is in mint condition.

This really pretty pair of ice blue Paneled Grape 4 1/2 inch high Salt and Pepper Shakers were made by Westmoreland Glass. The shakers have the original chrome lids on. The shakers are both in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The original lids are really good. Both shakers are signed on the bottom WG.
