This embroidered shirt panel is typical of the traditional embroidery of Kandahar ("khamak") in its limited range of colors and its depiction of geometric motifs of traditional Islamic art. Silk thread in extremely delicate satin stitch in counted-thread technique on a fine silk background which has been stitched to a cotton linen. It measures 38 x 43.5 cm and is dated to the early 20th century. Condition excellent, only two inconspicuous stains on one side.
This is a really pretty depression glass pink Colonial, aka Knife and Fork, 4 inch high 5 ounce Footed Tumbler made by Hocking Glass from 1934 to 1938. This Tumbler measures 2 1/4 inches in diameter across the top and is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Be sure to search our other Colonial available. German Rosenthal Porcelain Serving Tureen with two(2) handles and cover, Casserole Dish, Ca. 1933-1945, large colorful Rose and other flowers decorated plus brilliant gold accent. Marked on the bottom, "RC Kronach, Bavaria" in green, and "R" in red. Very tight glaze hair line on one side about 2" x 1" long, can not capture it with my camera, this tureen will make very nice serving dish on the table.

Beautiful pair of 800 silver sabbath candlesticks brought from Germany to the USA before World War II. They have the markings (which my camera was unable to photograph) of
the maker Korner Proll, Berlin. They measure
12" tall, and other than being slightly bent,
they are in perfect condition with no dents or repairs, and would be a beautiful addition
