Jar carved with vertical petal-like ribs and is topped with a round cover that has undulating edges and a ribbed petal-like dome. It is covered overall in a green celadon glaze, except for the base. Chinese Song dynasty conical form bowl with slightly flared rim covered in a pale blue-green qingbai (yingqing) glaze that stops at the flat, unglazed low foot. Chinese Song dynasty five-petal foliate form bowl covered in a pale creamy-celadon qingbai (yingqing) glaze that stops above the unglazed flat base. The glaze is thicker and more of a celadon color where is drips down from the top edge into the interior. Circa 13th century. 6” diameter x 1 7/8” high. Good overall condition.
