This is a beautiful and rare original antique Japanese Polychrome Woodblock Print "Itsutomi" Ukiyo-e by Utagawa Toyokumi dated 1793 or 1795, Edo Period, depicting a beautifully dressed and elegant Lady with her Shamisen instrument on the floor. Calligraphy markings/seal. Overall in very good condition with very small inconsequential tear on the outside (right frame, see photo). Size: 15.5" x 10.25" (39.5 cm. x 26.5 cm). This Woodblock has now been framed under glass.

A beautiful Edo Period Scroll attributed to Kano Insenin Naganobu (1775-1828), depicting "WHITE KANA", 18th Century, Japan. Seal and Characters on bottom right. Provenance: From an old Berlin, Germany, collection belonging to a Lecturer. Good condition. Size: H. 180 cm. x W. 50 cm.

An important and rare KANGXI Period Blue & White KLAPMUTS Porcelain Bowl potted with deep rounded sides rising to an everted rim. The exterior depicts a delightful landscape scene with children and maidens possibly at the "Yuan Xiao" Lantern Festival. The interior of the bowl has a scene with a playful boy throwing a good luck fire cracker in the center and is decorated with a Lingzhi flared border design. Early 18th Century, KANGXI to YONGZHEN Period Blue and White Octagonal Porcelain Wine Cup and matching Saucer hand painted in blue under glaze with scrolls and lotus flowers. Both the cup and saucer have a pretty flower center medallion and the rims are decorated with a diaper border. Condition nice, saucer has flea bites/one filled rim chip (could be professionally perfected), otherwise no hairlines or restorations. Size: Saucer 4" (10 cm.) diameter, Cup 2 1/4" (5.75 cm.) diameter.

Kangxi Period (1662-1722) Chinese Blue and White Porcelain tea or liquor cup depicting slender ladies dancing "Long Elizas". Size: 6 cm. diameter x H. 3.5 cm. Nice condition, high resonance when tapped, tiny rim chips (flea bites), otherwise no hairlines, cracks nor repairs.

Very fine and rare KANGXI (1662-1722) Blue & White Porcelain Stem Bowl depicting foilage, butterflies, an egret, flowers and lotus with a center medallion. Flared rim with a Lingzhi head design. Double circles mark on base and surrounding the medallion. Excellent condition, no chips, hairlines or restorations. Size: H. 8 cm. x 18.5 cm diameter. Elegant proportions.

A most delicate hand painted KANGXI (1662-1722)octagonal blue and white porcelain wine or liquor cup. The exterior of the cup has 8 panels with delicately rendered flower motifs, whereas the center medallion depicts a charming scene with pagodas, trees and a seascape. Condition: very good, no chips, cracks, hairlines nor restorations. Size: 2 1/2" (6 cm,) diameter x H, 1 1/2" (3.5 cm.)

This album silk painting mounted on heavy gold paper depicts a mountainous landscape with trees and is dramatically rendered with a flying bird of prey (Hawk?), it's hunting instinct drawn to a flying bird.
