A small hard cover published by Charles Scribner in 1925. The paper boards show some wear at the corners and top of spine,notes are written on the front pastedown and back end paper, and the owner's name is written in ink on the front free paper.

A hard cover published by the Trustees of Worcester Art Museum in 1935. The cover has olive paper on board with a tan paper label and spine. There is some splitting on the seam and top of the paper spine/label otherwise fine. B&W plates. 187 pp.

A signed( "Happy New Year James Farley") hardcover published by Harcourt Brace & Company, NY December 1939. The jacket has a water stain on the inside flap and a faint stain on the edge of the first few pages stops at the title page.392 pp.

This lot includes three Anthony Trollope books all published by Dodd Mead & Co., New York. Phineas Redux Vol. I was published in 1913 and Vol. III in 1910. Dr. Thorne Vol.I was published in 1914. The owner's name is inscribed on the front free paper of all three books and the red boards show modest wear.

No date given.The pages have darkened and the pastedown shows minor wear and a bit of spotting otherwise the book is fine. The boards are brown featuring a burgundy design with gilt lettering on the spine. A faint school stamp is on the title page. 244 pp.

The gray linen boards show some wear with creases at the corners, and the gilt pastedown label is smudged. The front free paper is clipped and the pages are uncut. A former library copy that is in good condition. Profusely illustrated. 265 pp.

There is slight water damage on the boards (spotting) and the pages are just a bit rippled. Also, there is a small bit of paper loss on the bottom of the front pastedown and free paper ( see photo), between pages 112-113 a very slight separation from the seam (but all intact) and page 383-4 is uncut- otherwise a fine edition...

The front free paper is clipped, a corner text block is smudged and the boards show wear especially at the edges, and there is a very small tear on the bottom of one page. Sold as is.
