A hard cover with no dust jacket published is 1979 by the Smithsonian Institution. The cover shows light wear with mild tanning at the front left corner and there is an old price written in pencil on the front free paper. Many counties and time periods are referenced. A glossary is also included. Slightly musty. 126pp.

Published by Grossman ( div. of Viking Press) in 1975,this hard cover features black and white photos of various styles of antique New England homes. The jacket is quite worn, the paste down has some tanning and the title page has foxing otherwise the book is in nice,tight condition. An excellent resource.
