A rare Song Dynasty ( 12th - 13th centuries ) Yaozhou ware bowl with an incised floral decoration to the center of the bowl. Diameter : 12,1 cm. Condition : Perfect with a nice " Ping " tone when tapped. A cheap opportunity to acquire a very rare Yaozhou ware piece.

A very nice thinly potted porcelain dish. The underglaze decoration drawn by using a very nice cobalt blue shows a motive that is typical for the Chenghua period. Ming Dynasty, Chenghua period ( 1465 - 1487 ) Jingdezhen ware. Diameter : 13,8 cm. Condition : Actually perfect - there are 2 very minute chips to the rim but these chips are very old resp. most probably from the time when the dish was produced ( please have a look at the last 2 enlargements ) Nice " ping " tone when tapped.

Nineteenth century, Yongzheng Mark. Excellent potted body, pale Celadon glaze with a brilliantly enamelled, superb executed Famille Rose decoration.( Please regard the enlargements ) H : 24,2 cm. Condition : Excellent. Provenance : Old south German collection.

The underglaze cobalt blue, rare Phoenix decoration of this quite small porcelain bowl is executed in an nearly Imperial Quality. The cobalt blue is excellent. Ming Dynasty, Jiajing Period ( 1522 - 1566 ) Jingdezhen ware. Diameter : 10,3 cm. Condition : One chip to the inside of the unglazed footring. Further in an very nice condition. Very nice glaze, no crack with a nice " Ping " tone when tapped.

A late Ming Dynasty jarlet with a rare Ge ware glaze. ( Geyao ) H : 5,2 cm. Condition : Perfect

This Jian ware Temmoku ( teabowl ) is extraordinary small and absolutely lovely. Dark brown stoneware, the thick combined black brown glaze in heavy drops come to an end at the base of the bowl. Song ( 12th - 13th centuries ) Fujian ( Jianyao ) Diameter : 9,3 cm. H : 5,4 cm. Condition : Perfect

A very rare, lovely, dark brown glazed, lobed stemcup. Song Dynasty ( 12th - 13th centuries ) Most probably Jizhou ware. Diameter : 8,2 cm. H : 6,4 cm. Condition : Perfect

A rare, excellent potted small white glazed porcelain dish with a nice bell brightly " ping " tone when tapped. Tang - Five Dynasties. Diameter : 11,4 cm. Condition : Perfect

A thinly, very well potted porcelain body with a high quality underglaze blue decoration. The cobalt blue excellent. This marked Ming Minyao ( peoplesware ) bowl shows a nearly imperial quality. Jiajing period ( 1522 - 1566 ) Jingdezhen ware. Diameter : 12,1 cm. H : 6,4 cm. Condition : One glaze chip to the rim and one chip to the unglazed foorting. Very nice tone when tapped.

Ming Dynasty bird´s cups from the Jiajing resp. Wanli period are quite common but bird´s cups from the Chenghua period like this cup are a real rarity. Ming Dynasty Chenghua period ( 1465 - 1487 ) Jingdezhen ware. Diameter : 5,7 cm. H : 4,4 cm. Condition : Perfect

A rare large Longquan ware lotus bowl from the sea with a pale bluegreen Celadon glaze. Glaze degradations caused by the sea water. Late southern Song Dynasty ( 13th. century ) Zhejiang ( Longquan ) Diameter : 12,1 cm. H : 8,4 cm. Condition : The Celadon glaze degraded by the sea water but the body in perfect condition with no crack or chip. Please see a similar bowl in He Li´s " Chinese Ceramics " the new standard guide. The mayority of Song Dynasty resp. Song - Yuan Lotus-bowls are Celadon glazed. It is rare to find a Qingbai glazed example like this. Very nice, thick and silky Qingbai glaze. Diameter : 13,3 cm. Condition : Perfect

This is an example for the best of the best in Song Dynasty Longquan ware . The blue-green color of this dish represents the best kind of Longquan Celadon colours. Also the shape of this rare dish is superb - please look alone at the elegantly thinning of the body towards the rim. A rare reference piece. Diameter : 16,4 cm. Condition : Broken and re-glued ( please look at the images ).

This underglaze blue decorated porcelain dish is probably an imperial marked Ming Xuande Period ( 1426 - 1435 ) dragon dish. It comes from an old Javanese collection. The dish allegedly was found in the sea near Tuban, east Java. The dish has no crack and no chip, but the whole surface of the dish is affected by the sea water...

This brilliantly enamelled dish belongs to the same kind as the dish listed before ( # 396 ). However, this one is much more thinly potted, and its decoration, with a Phoenix in the center, is executed even more lavishly than on # 396. A Qing Dynasty Yongzheng period ( 1723 - 1735 ) Famille Rose ( soft color ) dish. Diameter : 27,2 cm. Condition : Perfect. There is an old paper label from the prominent dealer "Bernheimer München" ( Munich ) on the back of the dish...

A very nice and impressive example of a really brilliantly enamelled Qing Dynasty Yongzheng period ( 1723 - 1735 ) Famille Rose ( soft color ) dish. Diameter : 27,9 cm. Condition : Perfect with a very nice sound when tapped.
