Huge statement size vintage unsigned necklace by the cult favorite maker Cadoro. A heavy cast goldtone metal Maltese cross pendant with drops is suspended from strands of large dimensional goldtone beads, some of which are French, and large seamless Lucite beads paired in alternating shades of green. Ornate thick rope twisted hook clasp. Circa 1965. I have seen signed Cadoro necklaces with the exact maltese cross element, and with the (very unusual) large round notched pattern beads...

Fabulous weighty and substantial pendant in silvertone metal with brilliant green stones in a variety of shapes. Double sided, and both sides are identical, making it very dimensional. Circa 1970. In the 1960s and 1970s, Ciner specialized in costume jewelry inspired by the enameled gold and jeweled figural animal designs of the fine jewelry maker David Webb (these days Roberto Cavalli is the contemporary master of the costume version of this look). Stunning vintage sautoir in heavy goldtone metal with 8 different two sided stations with poured glass cabochon stones simulating carved jewels, in topaz, ribbed molded amethyst, ruby, sapphire, emerald, onyx, carnelian, and garnet, plus one solid metal station. Not marked but the style of chain, and the overall look, is characteristically French, and it came from an estate with other signed French jewelry. Probably 1970s.
