A Set of Ten Wedgwood (Etruria) Lustre Footed Sherbert Bowls with Underplate. Gilt Edge and Hand Painted Flowers. Circa 1900. dimensions; plate 5.5" in diameter, footed bowl 3.25" high x 4.25" across. Excellent condition.

A Unique Wedgwood Majolica Round Dish with an Angels and Cherubs Design; Four Reserves. Dimension; 12" round; registry mark for 1865. Wedgwood Imprint. Excellent condition.

A Wedgwood Creamware (Queensware) Reticulated Bowl or Basket with a Handpainted Floral and Butterfly Pattern. Wedgwood imprint and Date letters VOH for July 1879. Dimensions of bowl 9" long x 7" wide x 2.75" high. The condition is close to excellent.

A Sterling Silver Cake Basket with a Fixed Handle, by Whiting, with the Date Mark for 1922. Dimensions 10.5" diameter x 7" h to handle; weight 18.3 Troy ounces. There is discrete monogram on handle "MCR". Excellent condition.

A Large Frank Whiting Sterling Silver Water Pitcher. Given to F. R. Estabrook of Harvard on September 9, 1912 (possibly his wedding date as there is a pennant for 1910 in the Harvard Crest); engraved with his name, the names of 16 other gentlemen, a Harvard Crest with Estabrook's name over it in a ribbon and what looks to be a fraternity or club logo (a triangle with an owl and Greek letters; Phi, Delta, Psi, the original name for the Owl Club, one of the eight final clubs at Harvard). WILHELM von DIEZ 1839-1907; GERMAN Returning from Work in the Fields Oil on Panel Returning from Work in the Fields Signed Lower Right: Wilh Diez, Munich Although he studied at the Munich Art Academy, where he eventually became a prominent Professor, he is primarily self taught as an artist. As a teacher, he had a major influence on an international group of students, including William Merritt Chase and John Twachtman. Dimensions; 13.25" x 18"; framed; 18" x 23".

With Arabesque or Seaweed Marquetry Inlay, Fitted interior, Spiral Turned Legs Barleycorn), Bun Feet, Shaped Stretcher and Brass Drop Handles. American, from the early 1900's. Full period details. Dimensions; 21" wide, 37.75" high, 13.75" deep (24.5" with desk opened). Small nick on back of rear right leg (visible in picture) and some wear on the stretcher, otherwise in very good condition.

He exhibited at the Royal Academy, the British Institute, the Society of British Artists and the Grosvenor Gallery. The Provenance is the Frost and Reed Gallery in London.
