This elegant brush has repousse decorations depicting Art Nouveau lilies on the top, and fancy swirls on the handle. It measures 5-3/4” x 3". It is stamped Sterling, and there are other, illegible, marks. There is a little bit of damage to the silver at the top of the brush, which is exaggerated by the photos. The handle has an undecorated area on each side, ready to be monogrammed, should you want one. On one side this area has some small dings to it...

This brush was made by the well-known Gorham Manufacturing Company. The design looks like the top of an antique steamer chest, with a Steampunk-like strapping-and-stud motif. The top is monogrammed with a fancy "R". It has the Gorham marks, as well as “1857 C”, “Sterling,” and the scissors mark for 1907. It measures 6” x 1-3/4" across the top, and is in very good condition. Photo note: the bristles are an ivory color, but don’t show up that way in the photos...

This handsome case, highlighted by black niello enamel, could be used for various things, including business cards. It has a flower motif on both sides, and space for a monogram on one side, should you wish it. It is marked (and tests as) sterling silver. It measures 3-7/8 x 2-15/16”, and weighs in at 4.92 ounces. Art Nouveau sterling silver nursery rhyme baby cup. Made by Whiting in New York, ca 1900. Tall and waisted bowl with wavy rim and c-scroll handle with splayed trefoil mount and baluster tail. Engraved depiction of the Three Blind Mice, sightless rodents with alert ears and long whiskers. Acid-etched text: "Three / Blind / Mice / Did you / ever see / such / a sight in / your life". Gilt interior. Fully marked including maker's stamp and no. 413A. Very good condition with strong definition.
