From our European Collection, a very fine Napoleon III gilt bronze mounted lacquer side cabinet, late 19th century. Elegantly constructed with black lacquered wood, gilded bronze adornments along the top, side, and bottom friezes, and a wonderful central bronze plaque of frolicking cherubs, all surmounted by a veined off-white marble top that appears to be original. Comes with original functioning key.

A fine Georgian mahogany rectangular tea caddy with bail handle and diamond shaped lock escutcheon. The interior is fitted with 2 compartments for holding tea, and a center receptacle for the cut glass mixing bowl which we deem to be of the period. Gold accents which we do not believe are inlays decorate the edges of the ivory knop lids. Condition is very good meaning that the wood has occasional blemishes, and the interior lining appears to be later than original, though still old...

Beautifully carved solid mahogany server by R.J. Horner, New York measuring 72" long x 24" deep x 39" high. The front legs have carved women with garlands of flowers. There are 2 spring loaded drawers in the front. This great piece of furniture is in wonderful condition and will fit beautifully in a dining room or hallway.

This English Georgian mahogany desk is ablaze with fine flame mahogany figured wood on its front and with solid sides. The drawers are slightly graduated, rising from a frame with bracket feet. The brass pulls have the Prince of Wales symbol.

Lovely set of twelve mahogany dining room chairs, circa 1880. They have carved knees leading to ball and claw feet. The two arm chairs measure 39 1/2" tall x 24" wide, and the ten side chairs measure 38" tall x 20" wide.

The graphic impact of this blanket box with paint decoration is absolutely stunning. It is swirl decorated in black over a yellowish-putty color, and virtually all the paint is intact. A rare antique Japanese Sakata Funa Tansu (Captain's chest for uniform storage) made of Keyaki (Zelkova) and Kiri (Paulownia) woods. All original Urushi lacquer finish and hand forged iron hardware including the Hirute exterior handles and the Warabite interior handles. Lift-off security door opens to two drawers where the captain's uniform would have been stored. Fully framed in iron.

Arts and Crafts oak lamp table by L & JG Stickley. Circa 1912. Original dark brown finish and bearing a decal under the top that reads "Work of L & JG Stickley." The table has four square legs with crossed stretchers and a lower square shelf; the top is square with canted corners. Size: 30 inches x 30 inches x 29 inches ht. Good antique condition.
