Depicted striding on his integral base, wearing a tripartite wig, fronted with ureas, with his left foot forward, with arms along his side, wearing the lotus crown and with suspension loop behind. 3 1/4 inches high. Painted wood panel depicting a seated Anubis, depicted with the head pf a canine, with prominent details, wearing a long garment and with arm raised in adoration. 5.5 inches high X 2 inches wide. Intact and choice piece, quite attractive. The base inscribed with a very old collection number in white ink.

Size: c. 37-38 mm. tall and weighing 36,28 grams, which depending on the weightstandard would have been like 3 Deben in antiquities.

A rare large inscribed heart scarab, Rameside to Late Kingdom, c. 12th.-6th. century BC.

The heart scarab carved in a redish type of sandstone, glazed with an almost perfectly intact dark green gaze. Made as a somewhat cheaper alternative to the green basalt and hardstone scarabs of the period. Finely inscribed on the base with 7 lines of hieroglyphs, tradionally with passages from the Book of Death, but untranslated by us.

Ancient Egyptian limestone head with thick wig and prominent facial details. With traces of original pigment. Possibly from the head on an ushabti. New Kingdom, 19th/20th Dynasty, 1292–1069 BC. 2 inches high. Mounted. Fragmentary. Ex. Oliva Tiano, Paris, said to be from an old French collection, collected in the 1960s - 1970s.
