Very nice carving, quiet serene face, beautiful stone of bright blue with white veining and gold colored spots. Very pleasant patina, fixed in well carved hardwood stand. Chinese greenish-grey jade carving depicting Shoulou, God of Longevity, holding a staff, having smooth polished surfaces with incised details, 19th century period. Size; Heigh of carving is 2.5 inches, old small chip to the staff.

It is 1.8 inches (4.6 cm) tall by 2.5 inches (6.4 cm) wide. The amber is 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) tall by 2.1 inches (5.5 cm) wide. It is 19.6 gram.

It is in good condition with no repairs, or cracks, except flea bite chips and surface scratches (as seen in the photos).
