Chinese Export Porcelain Platter for American Market with family Lion crest, and initialed Seal inside the Shield supported by two(2) leafy branches, orange reddish overglaze Lion on top, later part of 1700's to early 1800's, 19" wide, 16 1/2" high, 1 3/4" high, heavy orange peel surface, with cobalt blue border high lighted with brilliant gold. The condition is good, some of the enamel colors on the family Crest area is slightly rubbed off from usage.

A pair of two different paintings depicting different views of people either engaged in different activities. One scene appears to show a soldier like figure coming back or meeting a lady and another scene is depicting a family at leisure. Particular elements have elements similar to Chinese theatrical costuming and designs. The techniques are more Western since these works were made in Guangzhou in the Canton concessions. Chinese Export Porcelain Cafe Au Lait and Famille Rose overglaze decorated Tea Bowl, Ca. 1790, 2 7/8" diameter, 1 5/8" high, with Famille Rose Peony flowers inside 2 Maple Leaf shape Cartouches and Peaches, between Cafe Au Lait glaze on the outer side of the bowl. There are kiln imperfection spots, no damages.

A finely executed painting in gouache and ink, on embossed paper by the British manufacturer Henry Dobbs. Showing a girl with lotus feet, embroidering a silk yardage. Mounted in a blue passe-partout. One(1) chip size of 1/4" x 1/8" under the rim, small bruise on the one of the plate, several frits on the bottom rim.

All the vines, berries are attached on the main body of the vase...

19th century Chinese export napkin ring carved on the outside with 3 reserves containing scenes of Chinese scholars in different settings. Wonderful work with deep undercutting, beautiful patina, in excellent condition. Inside diameter 1 5/16 inches, height 1 inch.

Two Chinese porcelain bowls, originally decorated with floral anhua bands between narrow borders and a blossom in underglaze blue. With Dutch over-decoration of flower baskets and buildings. Condition: one bowl with hairline, a firing flaw (photo no. 8) and a tiny rim chip. Dimension: diameter: 14.5 cm, 6.5 cm high.

A Chinese dish, enameled in Imari colours and gold with a fenced garden, peony and the auspicious pak choy plant. First decades of Qianlong (1736-95) or earlier. Diameter "9/ 22,5 cm and height "1½/ 4 cm. Condition: glaze wear, hairline and rim frits, star crack to the back (cf. pictures).

A silver jam jar standing on three ball feet with handle and glass insert. Beautifully decorated with plum blossom and bird in relief. With maker's mark "SF" standing for Sing Fat, who worked in the early 20th century in Canton, a Chinese character mark and "90". Condition: few traces of usage, insert with rim frittings. Chinese export porcelain model of Zhang Guolao, one of the eight Taoist immortals. He is holding a bamboo drum and riding on a mule. Dating to the late Qianlong period. With later wooden stand. Condition: fine, except the inserted ears of the animal are lost. Dimension: 22.5 cm high x 16.2 cm long (without stand).
