Rare Korean Koryo Dynasty ( 12th - 13th centuries ) green glazed stoneware dish.

Late Choson period, ca. 1900
Decorated in cobalt blue with a design of chrysanthemum and bamboo, stoutly potted and glazed with a clear glaze of faintly aqua tint. Very minor glaze pitting and surface scratches, slight wood ash dusting seen mostly on the shoulder of one side, small amount of sand adhering to the foot, otherwise very good condition.
Height: 10 ¼ in.
Choson period, 1800s
Scene of three sailing boats on a sea surrounded by mountains and a rocky shore. The two curving sides have a line of stylized brushwork. The flat base has sand and kiln grit adherence. Very good condition, with only very minor wear.

Acquired in Osaka, Japan in mid 1970s.
Koryo Dynasty, 1100s
Glazed entirely including the foot and base with a pale greenish-grey glaze, and decorated on two sides with bold stylized calligraphic designs. Good condition except for a small chip to the mouth rim. The foot retains evidence of at least eight spurs on which it was fired and possibly a dusting of wood ash from the firing adding character and a bit of visual texture to the upper body.

Choson period, 1800s
Covered entirely except for the footring in a clear glaze with a bluish tinge. Open to the base to accommodate a stemcup. Very good condition. No cracks or chips. Some sand adheres to the foot and base.

It is 19.75 inches (50.2m) tall by 11.5 inches (29.2 cm) wide. It weighs 18.5 lb.

The slightly tapering globular stoneware bottle with short neck and cup-shaped mouth
enhanced with a thick and running olive green ash glaze pooling toward the base.
Its half bottom of the body and base unglazed.
It’s in very fine condition without any damages at all.

A Fine Carved Koryo Greenish Celadon Bottle Vase:
Korea, Koryo dynasty, 11th -12th century
This is a baluster shape of body and cup-mouth shape, the sides tapering to
the flat base with no glaze, knife-cut with vertical facets below
interlocking loops encircling the shoulders, around the shoulder carved with lotus
leafy foliage, covered overall in a celadon-green glaze.
It’s in fine condition with some kiln-grit adhering to the base.

A Very Rare /Fine Jingle-Bell Libation Cup:
Korea, Three King Domes Periods (Silla period), 5th-6thcentury,
This is a so called “a jingle-bell libation cup-vessel. It probably could have been
used for a ritual ceremony in Silla or Kaya periods.
This is an extremely rare Jingle cup with an inside pierced high ring foot,
cut and opened high footed stem like a pedestal bowl with natural ash and lead
glaze on the body...
The intriguing underglaze blue and white " bird " resp. " chicken " decoration of this large bowl might be able to fascinate every Picasso lover. Korean Choson ( Joeson ) period, probably 19th century.
Diameter : 22,7 cm. H: 9,8 cm.
Condition : A lot of signs of wear in the glaze, but in perfect condition.
This porcelain bowl is a little bit smaller but the decoration quite similar to the bowl ( item # 1101566, Lot # 353 ) listed before.
