This is a stylized ivory "donkey" handle corkscrew, having a finely carved donkey head with ears, mane and one glass eye, underside of handle has a carved arrow, marked STERLING silver repousse banding attached to brass corkscrew, very good condition with one eye missing and wear to silver banding. May need cleaning. Total measurement is 6 in approx, Ivory head is 4 1/2 in handle length x1 1/4 in H, ivory width is 3/4 in approx.

A fabulous hand hammered sterling and stone pin from the notable Chicago Arts & Crafts workshop Carence Crafters. Pieces from this workshop are scarce and highly collectible.They represent some of the finest handmade work from the American Arts & Crafts period ,1890-1920. This fine pin measures 1 5/8" by 1". It is in beautiful condition. I am not sure, but the pin may have been replaced. Signed for Carence Crafters as shown. A rare and inspiring piece from this great time of handmade jewelry.

A very rare and magnificent sterling and carved lapis pin by Mary Gage, American Arts & Crafts period c. 1930. The frame is a foliate motif encircling the oval carved lapis which is held in place by bead tipped silver wire prongs. This is a huge brooch measuring 3" by 2 1/4" and is solid and bold at 51 grams. A great coat or blazer pin that is sure to make a statement.It is in beautiful original condition and signed MARY GAGE STERLING. A very important piece from this artist.
