Vintage 1940's sterling silver necklace designed & signed by American and Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). The necklace measures 20" long X 1" wide. 55 grams, 1.09oz. Beautful condition with a rich warm patina. Signed on the reverse SPRATLING SILVER, WS SPRATLING MADE IN MEXICO. Pictured on Phyllis Goddards' website spratlingsilver.com.
