This is an impressive moonstone cross with repousse flourishes and beading. The bezels have great design below the saw tooth. There is on the back more flourishes that I believe to be done with a cast base. The moonstones are gem quality. They are so effervescent with blue I was worried they may not be genuine moonstones, so I had them tested and they were genuine. There is a number which I believe to be a design number of 4021 on the piece and that is the only marking...

Slick, minimalist and yet so eye-catching, a pair of Margot de Taxco silver and enamel earrings with distinctive trapezoidal dangles. Just note the way the silver polka dots jump out of the white enamel background! The earrings measure 1 3/8" long by just over 1" wide (at their widest) and weigh 18.4 grams (for the set). Fully hallmarked as shown with Margot's name as well as Eagle 16 and des. no 5586 and in excellent vintage condition.

A Chinese carved cinnabar saucer dish. A chrysanthemum flower head adorns the center of the dark vermillion colored dish and is surrounded by a leaf lappet border. The carved decoration revealing a cross section of dozens of built up layers of cinnabar lacquer. 19th century or earlier. Good condition. 5 15/16 inches (15.08 cm) diameter. Weighs 5.5 to 5.6 ounces (more than 1/3 of a pound) or about 158 grams - pretty weighty for the small diameter.

This old Chinese toggle would have been used for ornamentation on the costumes of both Han and ethnic minority Chinese. The toggle would be sewn on a jacket or hooked onto a belt. Low grade silver was used extensively in China for jewelry and ornaments during the late 19th century.

This everted rim bowl is decorated in brown and green under a yellow ash glaze, with a lotus flower motif in the centre and brown areas on the rim; unglazed base. Rare 940 sterling silver and copper earrings designed and signed circa 1940-50's by Taxco, Mexico artist Hector Aguilar. This is a Fred Davis bracelet with ribbed thick amethyst bars. The stones are stunning and large with the bracelet being 12/16 tall and 7.5in. long. The piece is in excellent condition and the stones are smooth to the touch. The weight is 68 grams heavy. It is shown in one picture with a Fred Davis ring that is listed separately but came with the bracelet. The stones in both pieces look to be from the same vein of stones being consistent in color and inside matrix...

Fred Davis pieces are rare and this ring is an excellent example of his work. It is large with a face front of 1 inch tall and width is 5/8th's of an inch. The weight is 12 grams heavy.
