This darling, late 1950’s, foreign-made toy with gorgeous, colorful lithography measures approximately 10" tall and is in superb condition-- even retaining its original box!

This neat toy features four adorable blinky-eyed Golliwogs that perform individual somersaults as the Merry Go Round spins round and the tiny bell rings! This toy works quite nicely and comes with its original, metal, wind-up key!

Wonderful champagne ice bucket, or "seau" circa 1950's/60's, from France. To advertise their product, champagne houses would give these buckets to restaurants as a point of sale item, they were not sold. This bucket was never circulated - it is NOS (new old stock). Marked "Duminy" in enamel, "Champagne" & "Ay" Nice rolled handles. Chrome over brass; measures 8" tall 7-3/4" across.

Windshield Teapot in excellent condition by Hall China. 6 cup, in Burgundy with Gold decals and trim. ABSOLUTELY NO WEAR to the gold, no chips, cracks or repairs. Three pinhead glaze "skips", these are manufacturing flaws, not damage. Marked Hall. Circa 1950's

Adorable tin litho toy cup from France, circa 1950's. Colorful graphics of a boy waterskiing & another boy in a boat. Minor scratches, light wear from age & use, but nothing to detract from the charm of this vintage toy. Measures 2-1/4" diameter, 2-1/2" high.

Offered is a VERY difficult to find, Mammy or Aunt Jemima ceramic Clothes Sprinkler Bottle measuring 7" tall. My references indicate that she was made in Japan in the 1950's...

Measuring 8.25 inches long, this vintage, Black Chef Spoon rest was made in JAPAN in the 1950's. Along with its jolly, wide-eyed caricature, the spoon rest features a rose-colored tulip painted on both sides and reads “SPOON- REST” in partially worn, brown lettering at the top of the chef’s hat. Note small "hanging hole" in back for display on the kitchen wall!

Very few of these pieces survive due to the high level of use they encountered...

Offered is the fabulously RARE BIGGER HAIR Negro Tobacco container produced from the mid 1940's through the early 1960's. This container is actually constructed of cardboard with tin base, and is much less frequently found, and thus, much more rare than the earlier, all-metal, and scarce-in-its-own-right, Nigger Hair container due to the greater fragility of cardboard as compared to metal, as well as the fewer numbers of cardboard containers produced...

Amazing find! Beautiful vintage double sided school poster from France - was used in classroom for lessons circa 1940's-50's. In good overall condition for its age - some edgewear & light scuffs - nothing major. Also marked "Editions Rossignol Montmorillon Vienne." This is poster #17/18 "La Giroflee" & "Le Coquelicot". Measures 35-1/2" x 29-1/2" (90cm x 75cm).

This vintage 1950s, utterly wonderful, little Black Girl Hand Puppet is in wonderful, never-used condition!

Rarely found in this pristine condition, the body of this 8 inch long puppet is constructed of a soft, cotton, flowered fabric, and her head and hands are constructed of a soft rubber. She still retains her "Hazelle" cloth label. Her face is very sweet in appearance!

Produced in the 1950's, the Hazelle Company was a puppet-making company located in Kansas City, Missouri...

Hagen-Renaker Owl with applied orange and black eyes, I believe this is model A065. Owl is wonderfully detailed with beak and "moustache". Painted tawny brown, with black stripes on the back, stipling on the back simulates feather texture. Owl measures 7 1/4 inches tall, 5 inches wide and 4 inches deep. No cracks, chips or repairs. Does have some surface dirt, I did not wash him for fear of damaging his label. Marked only with black and gold foil label on back.

Measuring 9.5 x 11.5 inches framed, this lovely, circa 1950’s, multi-colored, cross stitch sampler is entitled, “Enough Is As Good As A Feast”. In excellent condition and appearing to have been recently re-framed, this lovely piece features a Mammy and child carrying meal-filled dishes, presumably, to the dinner table...

Beautiful vintage Louis Vuitton Train Case which includes original interior removable tray. Interior leather straps are intact. Sorry we do not have the key for this item but one can be ordered from Louis Vuitton. Clean as a whistle with no smoke or perfume odors. A great addition to any collection. A vintage Double Diamond advertising pitcher or bar premium known as the Running Man by Beswick. It has the black stamped Beswick mark (used from 1936) and it has a pattern number 1517. This 8-1/2" tall barware collectible is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, damage or repairs other than some fine overall crazing and the loss of the original cork-mounted porcelain hat stopper...

Vintage Steiff stuffed donkey pull toy on wheels. Circa 1945-50s. Original condition with Steiff metal button in left ear and U.S. Zone Germany label. The donkey retains its leather saddle, stirrups, and harness, and it has a working pull cord growler. Size; 26 inches length x 21 inches height x 11.25 inches depth.

The Bussoz Finale foosball or babyfoot is considered one of the most stylish designs created; with its aluminum corner ashtrays stamped "Bussoz, 75 Rue de Clignacourt, Paris, 18." All original with chromed wire goals, hand-painted aluminum players, hardwood construction including hardwood ball return ramps. Excellent overall condition. Circa late 1950's / early 1960's.
