A beautiful pair of antique Sheffield Silver wine coasters circa 1850 hallmarked Padley Parkin & Co Sheffield England 1849 - 1855. Wine grape and grape leaf decoration with wood interiors. Sheffield plate, a sheet of silver is fused on to a thicker one of copper and the compound billet rolled, both metals expanding equally, become a thins sheet of copper coated with a layer of silver. About 1840 the Electroplate process superseded Sheffield Plate. Its production ceased about 1860.
A Sterling Silver Wine Taster or Sommelier Bowl by Currier & Roby, of New York, circa 1910-1920. Weight 2.7 Troy ounces. Dimensions 4.25" to thumb rest x 1" high. This is a copy of of a French Wine Taster c. 1860-1880. Excellent condition.
Hand carved rosewood and sterling silver salad or serving set designed and signed circa 1950's by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling. Each piece is intricately carved and wrapped in sterling silver wire and measures 12 1/2" long. Beautiful condition with no chips or cracks. Each signed on the reverse WS. A Sterling Silver Serving Set, Consisting of a Meat Fork and Serving Spoon, both with some Open Work Piercing. Weight 5.9 Troy ounces; ;length, Fork, 9.75", Spoon, 9.5". They are marked Sterling on the back of the handle, but there is no maker's mark. There is some wear to the floral pattern on the spoon, but overall in excellent condition. From the late 19th century.

A set of 6 David Andersen Norway enamel demitasse coffee spoons with a box from the 1960s. This set consists of the six 3-3/4" spoons which all have enamelled handles and bowls on gilt sterling. The backs are plain gilded silver and they have the Andersen marks and each spoon weighs 9.0 grams. The enamel colours include sea blue, navy blue, yellow, green and deep red and they come with a fitted, silk-lined box with brass fittings and impressed alligator brown paper wrap...

Measuring 7 1/4" wide, 4 1'2" high, and 5" deep, this bronze inkwell features the head of a lion or other big cat, and has applied glass eyes. The patina is dark, with lighter tones where it has been handled and rubbed. The piece is cast in three pieces, the head having a hinged lid, and is fastened to the back of the base with screws. It is unsigned, but is of exceptionally high quality in the casting of the head, with nice detail and texture...
A 19th century engraved and gilded sterling silver chatelaine perfume flask. This 1-1/4" diameter pendant flask measures 2-5/8" from the top of the hanging chain to the bottom, the engraving is finely done and different on both sides, and it has the original threaded cap and gilt stopper. This hand hammered covered serving platter is stunning, with exceptional detail and refinement. It is large, measuring 21 1/2" x 10 1/4" wide, 9 1/2" high (to tips of lobster antennae), and the applied lobster handle with seaweed is 10". The surface is all hand hammered, and the bottom of the tray is stippled. It is stamped "silver plate" on the tray, just under the lip of the top, with no makers mark...

It measures 4 1/2" x 4 5/8" x 3", and is good heavy weight, 12 troy ounces.
The interior has some remnants of gilding remaining, and the locking mechanism is visible (no key).
It is stamped on the bottom with the marks of George Roth, with crowns over an A, a P, and a Fleur de lis.
George Roth was a silversmith in Hanau, working between 1891 and 1908, and like man...

Louis Vuitton brass paperweight, produced by Louis Vuitton in the early 1980's, was made to resemble a Louis Vuitton trunk right down to the locks and handles. This heavy (4.5 ounce) solid brass weight measures 2 inches (5 cm) Long, 1 inch (2.5 cm) Wide and 5/8 inch (1.6 cm) Tall. There is a scratch on the bottom that is visible in the photographs, which can be buffed out, but otherwise this is in excellent condition. Comes with a Louis Vuitton box...

A Sterling Silver three Piece Serving Set by Reed & Barton, in the Francis I pattern. The Handles are Sterling and the blades and tines are "MirrorStele". The fork is 9.25", the carving knife 11.5" and the fish knife 10.25". There is a small monogram, "R", on each piece. Part of the mechanism on the fork is missing, but it is operable (see picture).
