A Derby Silver Company Art Nouveau floral bread or roll tray from the 1890s. This high quality, high relief 14 x 7-1/2" silver plated serving tray is quite deep to hold bread and it has what appears to be lily flowers. This company (1872-98) was later taken over by International Silver. It is stamped B DERBY SILVER Co. QUADRUPLE PLATE 1266 and it is in superb original condition with no monograms, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

A Viennese cold painted bronze figural, mid to late 19th century. Depicts a young girl seated in a chair and playing with a small cat that is on the girl's lap. The girl is laughing at the cat as she plays with a fringed stick that the cat is grabbing. Another cat is located underneath the girl's chair - probably wishing it could be playing as well. This charming bronze is believed to date to the Victorian era, circa 1860's to 1890's. Excellent condition...

A sterling silver nutmeg grater circa 1890s. It may actually be older. This American antique 1-3/4" x 1-3/8" egg shaped sterling grater has the original interior gilt rasp and interior gilding. Nutmeg was an expensive imported spice when first introduced to Europe and to North America, and it became enormously popular as a condiment...

This bronze depicts King Louis XIV in his royal robes and other regalia, standing next to a table containing a small coffer, to which he points, with a key in his hand. The backing over the table contains other French and royal insignia, including a shield and crown. The sculpture is cast in three sections, with some welding evident on the back. It measures 16" high x 17" wide, and is 6 1/2" deep. The casting is fine and well detailed, and there are no losses or cracks to the bronze...

An 800 silver Art Nouveau floral German napkin ring circa 1900. This high style, high relief table decor item measures 1-1/2" wide and 1-7/8" across the interior. The beautiful design goes around the outside and it has a fancy Gothic B monogram as well as a full set of hallmarks from Germany. It also has the maker's mark for Franz Mosgau of Berlin (est. 1807) and this item dates to the 1895-1900 era...

A 19th century engraved and gilded sterling silver chatelaine perfume flask. This 1-1/4" diameter pendant flask measures 2-5/8" from the top of the hanging chain to the bottom, the engraving is finely done and different on both sides, and it has the original threaded cap and gilt stopper. It is unmarked except for a fancy monogram and it may also have been made to be worn on a chatelaine...

A beautiful pair of antique Sheffield Silver wine coasters circa 1850 hallmarked Padley Parkin & Co Sheffield England 1849 - 1855. Wine grape and grape leaf decoration with wood interiors. Sheffield plate, a sheet of silver is fused on to a thicker one of copper and the compound billet rolled, both metals expanding equally, become a thins sheet of copper coated with a layer of silver. About 1840 the Electroplate process superseded Sheffield Plate. Its production ceased about 1860.
