Spectacular thick walled, heavy cylindrical glass vase by Edwin Ohrstrom for Orrefors. Vase depicts a Gondolier playing a guitar on one side, and a female figure with flowers on the other. Upper rim has closely spaced vertical air traps all the way around. Colors are in rich shades of blue, purple and honey-amber. Striking Venini Vase in awesome shades of cobalt, aquamarine, and deep red. Done in the con macchie and a puntii techniques, this vase has an irregular surface, as the blue and aquamarine are worked more into the surface and the red is definitely left a puntii (dots on the surface), the colors are laid on a clear glass. The vase is asymmetrical with two opposing pulled points. There is a bubble in the rim that is visible in enlargement 4, not a flaw but mentioned for accuracy...

This item was probably produced during the 1940s as part of the "Argenta" range by Gustavsberg, Sweden. A rare Staffordshire "Prattware" tea caddy, unusually with original cover. On each side are moulded caricatures of Georgian "society" figures with their servants/attendants. This item was made during the last quarter of the 18th Century, circa 1780-1790. Condition - there are chips to the under side of the cover and the finial has been re-glued. Rare English Bilston type figural bonbonniere in the form of a seal's head, fashioned in painted enamels over copper. Circa 1760-1790. The cover is brass mounted and hand painted with two running hounds. The box is unmarked but was probably made at Bilston. Condition: some hairlines and with minor chipping and lines to the hinged cover; tiny blemish on animal's chin. Size: 1.5" length x 1.25" diameter. True period examples like this are scarce to the market.

Louis Vuitton brass paperweight, produced by Louis Vuitton in the early 1980's, was made to resemble a Louis Vuitton trunk right down to the locks and handles. This heavy (4.5 ounce) solid brass weight measures 2 inches (5 cm) Long, 1 inch (2.5 cm) Wide and 5/8 inch (1.6 cm) Tall. There is a scratch on the bottom that is visible in the photographs, which can be buffed out, but otherwise this is in excellent condition. Comes with a Louis Vuitton box...

Piero Fornasetti porcelian dish of the advertising poster for Arturo Toscanini's Concert at La Scala. The dish is gold trimmed and measures 5.25 inches (13 cm) wide and is 8.5 inches (22 cm) and 1 inch (2.5 cm) in height. There is some wear to the gold trim but there are no chips, cracks or repairs. This is an original Fornasetti not a later Rosenthal re-issue. Marked on back with Fornasetti Logo, FORNASETTI-MILANO/MADE IN ITALY, followed by a small gold letter "P". Circa 1951
