Featured on page 172 of the book MEXICAN SILVER by Morrill and Berk, this is the Female Dancers Bracelet by Los Castillo, c.1940-45. Very rare and exhibiting magnificent detail, it measures 7 1/2" end to end and is 1 3/4" wide. I am unsure if the clasp is original or perhaps a replacement although it has the same patina as the bracelet. Weighing 78 grams, the bracelet is in excellent condition. Signed and numbered as shown. A Mexican silver collectors dream.

Rare and unusual sterling Art Deco design bracelet by Margot De Taxco. I had never seen this bracelet before and it may have been custom made. It measures 6 3/4" around in the inside and is 1 7/8" wide in the front and 1 1/2" wide in the back. It is in fine original condition, weighs 121 grams. Signed and numbered as shown. This is a magnificent dove and rose repousse necklace, bracelet and earring set designed by Matilde Poulat and executed by her nephew Richard Salas, both of whom are now deceased. The pieces have a rich and lovely patina. The necklace measures 20" end to end and is 3" wide at the front dangles. The bracelet is 7 1/2" around in the inside and 1 1/4" wide. This a beautiful armadillo necklace designed by Valentin Vidaurreta and produced by Manuel Altamirano. It was also produced by Hector Aguilar. The necklace is 16 1/2" end to end and 1 1/2" wide at the center rounded square. Circa 1945-50, it is in fine original condition. The black velvet appears to be original to the piece. Signed as shown. Altimirano also worked for Hector Aguilar at the Taller Borda. His pieces with his own hallmark are scarce and this necklace is exquisite.

A fabulous bracelet of tall concave links by Antonio Pineda. I offered a similar bracelet at item # 575137, however , this is not the same bracelets as the dimensions of the links are different. This bracelet is 1" wide and measures 7" around in the inside. Fine original condition with safety chain. Antonio pieces are disappearing off the face of the earth.

Absolutely spectacular and rare Margot De Taxco bracelet with 9 cherub charms. Some are playing musical instruments and others are in some form of whimsy. There is great detail and definition to the charms. The bracelet measures 7 1/2" end to end and itself is 1/4" wide. With the charms, it is 2" wide. The bracelet and charms are all original and in fine condition. One of the charms is hallmarked as shown, however it is clear that all charms and the bracelet are original and all Margot De Taxco...

From a private collection, this is a stunning sterling necklace and two bracelets sold at the Rancho Alegre, the largest silver shop in Taxco during the 1960s-70s. The designer initials are TRM . I do not know who this silversmith is, however, they sold their work at the Rancho Alegre. This smashing set consists of a 17" necklace and two 8" bracelets. The pieces are all 3/4" wide and in fine original condition. There are NO dings or dents to the balls or domes...

Measuring 8" around in the inside and 1 1/8" wide, it has a pin closure and is in fine original condition. It weighs 86 grams and is featured on page 43 of the book MEXICAN SILVER by Morrill and Berk. This is one of Spratlings' most recognizable bracelets and one of the most beautiful.
