In emulation of a Margot de Taxco's design a vintage silver and black enamel necklace signed by Narvaez. I am familiar with the specific maker's Deco jewelry yet I have never seen an enameled piece by him! Based on a difficult to find (at least in my experience) Margot original, I love the sweeping motion of the stylized feathers and their generous size. A stunning piece, it measures a wearable 17 3/4" with its feathers part being 4" wide by 2 1/4" tall (at its tallest)...

Signed in 3 places with early marks is this rare Matilde Poulat necklace. The Matl's center is a tulip with turquoise and coral stones. The bird of choice is the turkey which I believe is the best I have seen turkeys displayed by Matl. The flow into the tulip is majestic. Finger coral adorns the birds along with the tiniest turquoise beads. The length is 18 inches and the drop measures 5.5in. across. It is hard to measure the height of the drop to be exact but I see it closest to 2.75in. Quality...

We are offering design 263 which is one of the early Los Castillo pre-Columbian swirls. The necklace is one of the most magnificent Los Castillo designs and this one is 17 in. which makes it fit nicely as most are very short in length. This is properly hallmarked with the old linear Los Castillo hallmark as shown. There are many copies out there but this one is genuine and a pre-1948. It moves like a slinky with the rivets that hold the links together for strength. The beads are not dented(you m...
