A superb and rare hand hammered sterling pin with a center carnelian by New York studio artist Sam Kramer. Three dimensional and sculptural, the center piece looks very much like a propeller. One almost expects it to twirl. This pin measures 2" diameter and is in fine condition with the exception of a slight bit of solder at the base of the pin stem. I have included a photo of the area. Unless called to ones attention, it is not noticeable and in no way detracts from the pin...

Fabulous bold, strong design in this sterling pendant and matching earrings by American studio artist Henry Steig. Circa 1950, the pendant measures 2 1/4" long and 1 1/2" at the widest point. It is one continues piece of silver including the bail and hangs on a sterling chain original to the piece. Very rare dimensional sterling and natural stone clip by American studio artist Irena Bryner, c. 1950. This is the first piece of her work I have been able to acquire. It is just not seen on the market. Bryner was a founding member of the San Francisco Metal Arts Guild. There is a chapter about her life and work in the book MESSENGERS OF MODERNISM. This clip is in excellent original condition measuring 2 3/8" by 1"...

A great sterling bracelet by studio artist Frank Rebajes. We see many of his pieces in copper but few in sterling and this bracelet is terrific. There are 7 diamond shaped pieces that are on hinges and move sitting in a backround of oxidation. The last partial shaped diamond is the clasp. Measures 7" long and 7/8" wide, it is in excellent original condition. Weighs 47 grams and is signed REBAJES sterling. A great mid-century modern bracelet by this important designer.

Unmarked Unsigned Sweeping Studio Silver 'Safety' Pin with Silvery Gray Art Glass Stone that has been bezel set. Very well executed, a shame it is unmarked, Late Arts Crafts or Danish perhaps? Tests at least 90% silver. Primitive but effective 'diaper', kilt pin stem with nice spring feel to it. Has not been polished. 2.5" long X .5" wide. Were this signed, it would certainly command more than twice this low price.

Spectacular sterling cuff with large blue oval mabe pearl wrapped in silver wire, hand wrought by American studio artist Francisco Rebajes. C. 1950, this bracelet measures 5 1/4" around in the inside with a 1 1/4" opening. It is 1 1/2" wide in the front at the widest point. The pearl is 1" long. In beautiful original condition, this piece weighs 53 grams. Signed as shown in the photo. Work in silver with stones by Rebajes is a rare find and this piece is a knock out.

Huge, dramatic sterling mask cuff bracelet by Modernist Frank Rebajes. Pieces by Rebajes in sterling are rare to find and this cuff is truly unique and seldom seen. It measures 2 3/4" wide in the front, tapering to 1 3/4" in the back and is 6" around in the inside with a 1" opening. It weighs 68 grams and is in fine original condition.
