A rare of Ming dynasty 16th century 'Kraak' b/w dish, decorated with figures sitting in mountain scenery. Found at West Sulawesi Majene. Condition with a firing crack, otherwise overall good condition with no any restoration. Diameter: 20.5cm.

Description: An unique tea caddy like this piece was made with an extraordinary wood trunk which is in a scholar rock's shape and was framed with pewter. It is a display piece as well as a tea holder. Date: Qing Dynasty (19th Century) Height: 14cm Condition: good with original lid when some glue work had been done to the pewter cap for restoration.

Blue & White bowl, decorated at the exterior with a pair of Lion Foo Dogs playing brocaded balls, flower at the center interior and diaper pattern around inner rim. Seal mark on the base. Ming dynasty 17th century Wanli period (1573-1619). Condition: invisible restored to one tiny chip and one short hairline, further in good condition. Diameter: 15 cm and High: 7.4 cm.

Description: A stylized brushrest was displayed in a strong form. Carved in a unique shape from one solid block of Zitan wood, the wooden scholar piece was depicted in the front by an open work as scholar rock's shape. On the back, simple flouring lines were carved to render the rock's profile.In an unusual size, the wooden scholar rock was adherent firmly to the stand which was also made of Zitan wood...

A Rare Mirror Black glazed vase, of fluted, foliated section with waisted neck and foot, each side molded with Ogival panels, the narrower sides with a pair of molded Lion-Mask and ring handles. Description: A charming ivory piece was crackled all over the surface due to long time of age. Enduring about 300 to 400 years, this ivory piece was supposedly used as a hair arrange utensil for women or men. Playing around the fingers, this charming piece is so attractive in old ivory tissues and in warm brownish patina. The patina is a bit of darker in real than in the pictures. Chinese Song dynasty chrysanthemum form bowl with moulded radial grooves emanating from a circular center. The bowl is covered overall with an unusual glaze (possibly qingbai or celadon with significant burial adhesions) that stops well above the unglazed knife cut low foot. 4” diameter x 1 ½” high. Very good overall condition. The tiny areas at the rim where the glaze does not cover the body could be from the original production...

 

A large Hare's Fur bowl, covered overall with black & russet glazed. Jin/Yuan dynasty Henan ware. Condition is perfect excepted tiny firing crack fault to the center of the base and the interior center with glaze age wear. Diameter: 18.2cm.

A nice blue and white dish with foliated thinly lip rim, decorated in the center with scenery pattern or so called 'Sansui' in Chinese, these view looks like is popular in 16th/18th century, mountain/San with someone riding a horse cross the bridge, river/Sui with boats and pagoda, all painted with very nice late Ming dynasty cobalt-blue tone, the rest is plain. Condition is very good, no any crack, no chip and free from any restoration...
