Water dropper of globular form, with slightly lobbed body. Decorated in underglaze cobalt blue with a collar of Lotus petals around the neck and a continuous floral scroll meander on the body. Vietnam 15th-16th centuries, Ly-Tran period. Condition: good condition except spout with silver repaired, glaze hairline at the handle(visible on the last enlargement), minute chips on foot rim, replacement silver cover with gold plate, no anywhere crack on the body and no other chips as well. Thai Sawankhalok round form covered stoneware footed box in the shape of a mangosteen fruit decorated in iron-black/brown glaze on a buff-colored ground with alternating panels of geometric designs and flowers. Knob finial. 14th to 16th century. 5” diameter x 4 3/8” high. Very good overall condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The lid matches well and appears to be original. From the Arizona collection of German expatriates to Indonesia in the 1970s.

Fine Vietnamese 14th / 15th Century Moulded Bowl

This rare bowl was made during the 14th - 15th century and is coated in a finely-crackled yellowish-brown glaze, the depth of colour varying according to its thickness. Around the centre is a wide unglazed stacking ring, and around the inner wall are various moulded leaf and floral patterns. Apart from unintentional glaze splashes, the foot remains unglazed.

Khmer 9th - 10th Century Glazed Stoneware Bottle

This small stoneware bottle was made during the 9th -10th Century. It is coated in a very pale and finely-crackled greenish-white glaze that has flaked from the surface in places, this being typical of early Khmer glazes. The body is a little under-fired, being absorbent, and has fired to a pale pinkish-white where unglazed toward the flat base. On opposing sides of the shoulder are two small thick loop handles.
