A fine and elegant shaped of celadon Meiping, decorated with carved incised of a pair duck and four lotus in the form of medallion, flanked by overlapping stiff leaf petals to the shoulder and above the foot rim, covered overall with olive green celadon glazed. A spectacular black lacquered wooden sign carved with bold characters over a gold gilded carp swimming through a torrent of waves dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. It is in fine condition, with only minor marks typical of age. It measures 4 feet (121 cm) long, 14 inches (35 cm) wide and is 1-1/2 inches (3.5 cm) thick at the frame edge.

A nice blue and white dish with foliated thinly lip rim, decorated in the center with scenery pattern or so called 'Sansui' in Chinese, these view looks like is popular in 16th/18th century, mountain/San with someone riding a horse cross the bridge, river/Sui with boats and pagoda, all painted with very nice late Ming dynasty cobalt-blue tone, the rest is plain. Condition is very good, no any crack, no chip and free from any restoration...

Gnarled plums cover the unusual rich blue ground of this antique tsubo vase from the Arita kilns dating from the early 20th century. It is 14-1/2 inches (37 cm) tall and in fine condition, signed on the base. The decoration is performed entirely in overglaze enamels with a gold rim,and is both vivid and fresh. One of the more unusual pieces I have seen from this region. It is signed on the base in Red Arita sei Miyuki Gama

An extremely rare specimen of Ming dynasty small dish, decorated with copper-red fish among water weeds on blue ground, the center of the dish is slight concave. Unglazed broad base seems like typical of Ming 15th century. Condition is perfect. Diameter: 14.5cm.

A very rare and large rootwood scholar's rock. China, 19th century. H. 37,5 cm (excluding stand. Condition: Beautiful wear and patina, there is a crack in the upper hanging branch (see pictures) but it has not been broken or restored. This piece comes with a beautiful antique hongmu (redwood) table. Provenance: Dutch private collection.

A genuine reishi cluster of mushrooms dried and preserved in perfect condition. This is an exquisite form, the dark trunks meandering up to wide blossoming heads. It is 13 inches (33 cm) long.

A blue and white dish with peacock design and 'ruyi' scrolls to cavetto, underside with continuously peony scrolls. Ming dynasty Hongzhi period (1488-1505). Condition with a short hairline and minor kiln materials adhere to mouth rim, otherwise overall good condition with no any restoration. Diameter: 24.9cm.

Large Chinese late Qing Guangxu period cylindrical form censer decorated in underglaze blue against a white porcelain ground with a faint blue-green tint with a pair of four-clawed dragons chasing a flaming pearl above waves. The interior is glazed while the base is unglazed. 7 1/2" high x 8" diameter. Late 19th to early 20th century. Very good overall condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. There is a small amount of staining to the interior.

A rare covered box of Lion figure, covered overall with mostly greenish glaze and the face with brown glaze. Ming dynasty 16th century, Zhangzhou family type. Condition is perfect. Wide: 7cm.

A pair of unique three part tokkuri by Taniguchi Chojiro consisting of a top, which turned upside down forms the cup, a central ring on which the cup rests, and the bottle, which, when assembled, make the form of a temple bell. These are made after the infamous bell of Hokoji Temple which provided (a rather lame) excuse for Tokugawa Ieyasu to crush the Toyotomi family and claim the country for his own, therefore beginning the Tokugawa Dynasty which ruled Japan for over 250 years...

Comprising a censer, 2 vases and 4 cabdlesticks. The censer and the two candlesticks in the center belong together, the other items were matched. H. Between 18 and 21 cm. Condition: the censer and the two candlesticks in the center are in a very good condition, even the separate handles of the censer are intact. The other two candlesticks and one of the vases have repairs to the corners. This set came from a Dutch private collection and was brought together in Beijing in the nineties...

A superb 19th century hanging moon Vase of caramel bronze gilded inside entrrely with gold and enclosed in a custom kiri-wood period box titled Kara-kin Gekkei Hanaire (gilded Chinese-Bronze Vase). In this case the word Chinese does not indicate it being manufactured in China, but using a mixture of bronze based on Chinese origins.
