A nice Yuan dynasty blue and white small cup, decorated with chrysanthemum scrolls to exterior, in the center of interior with a 'shou' character and encircled to the inner rim with key fret pattern. Condition with a chip visible on enlargement 4 and 5, and easy to repair till invisible, no crack and no other chip. Diameter:8 cm. High: 3.9cm.

Description:

It was suffused with obvious incursions in the glaze.
The charming silver streaks were yielded under firing.

Rare Vietnamese 14th Century Green Glazed Stoneware Dish

This rare and interesting shallow bowl / dish was made during the 14th century. It has a raised "lotus-petal" rim and is coated in an apple-green glaze, save for a broad unglazed stacking ring around its centre. The glaze is somewhat uneven, with runs in places, its colour varying according to its thickness. The glaze is lightly crackled.

Diameter 17 cm (6.75 inches)...

A very rare blue and white plate decorated with a branch of chrysanthemum to the center, the cavetto side is plain and encircled with classic scrolls pattern around the rim. Late Yuan dynasty 14th century. Condition near perfect except a hairline crack found visible on enlargement 3, no any problem further. Diameter:

The six lobed body and cover of the box applied with a translucent pale blue glaze. The cover with incised decoration within each lobe, the center set with a 'stem' knop.

Age: Southern Song Dynasty (Circa 1127-1279)

Condition: Very good condition, no major breaks or chips. In one of the pictures, it shows that the cover and base do not sit properly. They actually do, but for that picture, the cover was not correctly rotated in it's correct position on the base.

Rare Chinese Yuan Dynasty Early "Blue & White" Underglazed Jar (Ex. Grahame Clarke Collection)

This rare jar was made during the Yuan Dynasty (AD 1279 - 1368) by one of the kilns at Yuxi county in Yunnan province, one of the first places in the world where blue & white ware was produced. Similar wares were first unearthed in 1973 in Lufeng County, Yunnan Province although, surprisingly, such wares are still relatively unknown to western collectors...

A blue & white bowl, with finely and well balance potted, good cobalt-blue tone. Decorated with simple four Scroll Medallion at the exterior, interior center with a floral spray within double circle. It's very rare type of design was found on the Ming dynasty 15th century pieces. Condition is perfect except old chips and flake to the foot rim, no cracks and free from any restoration. Diameter: 14.5 and High: 6.5 cm.

Chinese Song Dynasty Qingbai Porcelain Twin Fish Dish (Ex. Lammers Collection)

This dish, or shallow bowl, was made during the Southern Song Dynasty (AD 1127 – 1279). It has a moulded decoration featuring, in its centre, two fish swimming amongst waves. The two fish are an emblem of harmony and a happy marriage. The bowl is coated in a greenish Qingbai type of glaze...

A superbly glaze of Yuan dynasty b/w jarlet, decorated with six panels divided by beads line, three filled with chrysanthemum flower and the other three with empty space, attached to the neck with pair of ring handle. Condition with a hole missing at base, further in perfect shape and free from any chip, crack or restoration. High: 8.9cm

Longquan bowl decorated with incised lotus petals rising from foot to the exterior and. Covered with green glaze, unglazed base. Southern Song 12th-13th century. Condition : excellent with crazying glaze, no chips, cracks or restorations. Diameter: 15cm

A finely blue & white bowl, decorated inside and outside with a good painted of continuously flowers scroll. Presume as Ming dynasty late 15th century Jindezhen private kiln ware with very finer quality one. Condition is excellent, with no any chip and no crack, except a bit firing glaze flaw to the base. Diameter: 15.5 cm.

 

A very fine blue & white dish, decorated in the center with Peony flowers and around the cavetto with "Ruyi" scroll, diaper pattern to rim. Underside with a pair of foliated dragon. Dating Ming dynasty late Thianshun to early Chenghua. Condition is excellent with no any cracks or chips, well balance, flawlessly and free from restoration as well. Diameter: 15.6 cm.

A rare Longquan Guan style with finely slight thickly potted, covered overall with grayish green glaze. Southern-Song dynasty 12th-13th centuries. Condition with a glaze hairline, but still have 'ding' sound when tapped lightly, further in perfect shape without any restoration. Diameter: 12 cm.

Large Chinese Jin Dynasty (1125-1234 AD) Honan brown glazed truncated meiping vase decorated with cut glaze concentric circular designs on the shoulders. Two strap handles flank both sides of the short neck. 11"H x 11 1/2" diameter. Very good overall condition. There are a few scattered small pit holes, which are original production imperfections (see enlargement 3). Some scratches in the glaze are evident as is typical for a piece of this age.

A nice and quite rare globular form jar with small mouth rim, decorated with main pattern of 'ruyi' scroll to the body. Condition is perfect excepted minor glaze flaw, no chip/no crack and free from any restoration. Ming dynasty 15th century. High: 6.6cm and Body wide: 7.3cm

Description:

A bronze sitting Buddha was well cast by well rendered carving craftsmanship.
In very good metal material, the ancient bronze figure was coated with darken patina and reflected with retrospective sheen.
He was preserved in perfect condition only with some casting holes on the back.
He was well depicted in details and showed a grandeur look despite the small size.
An old collection wood box is accompanied.
