Tall Chinese Ming Dynasty Stoneware Roof Tile Figure
This impressive architectural ridge tile figure was made during the latter part of the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644), most likely in Shanxi province. It depicts an official figure or guardian / deity figure standing on top of swirling clouds. It is coated in thick green, turquoise, black and straw-coloured glazes.

Description:
A Cizhou jar was rarely found altogether with an original cover.
In simple and slender oval shape, the jar was applied with russet glaze which reflected with dazzling and characteristic sheen.
At the inner side of the cap and at the bottom, the rough buff-tinted body clay was revealed.
It can be perfectly used as a personal tea caddy by its adequate size.
Date: Yuan/Ming periods, 14th/15th Century.

Description:
A rock crystal carving was well depicted as a Guanyin holding a baby.
By characteristically dated features on the faces of the deity and the baby, the figures were well carved on the robes with affluent lines.
The benign facial expression of the Guanyin and the smiling face of the baby were well rendered by excellent traditional craftsmanship.
The rock crystal here was not in pure transparent look...

Two Chinese blue and white reticulated "linglong" tea bowls, from the Hatcher shipwreck, dating from circa 1643. Each painted with five roundels enclosing different landscapes in underglaze blue, flanked by pierced cash motif walls. Standing on a short footrim, the base is unglazed and with a red "Hatcher Collection" label. Condition: fine, one bowl with a minimal tiny rim chip. Dimension: diameter: 9.1 cm, 4.9 cm and 5.1 cm high.

Porcelain decorated with qillin blue underglaze on the center two phoenix on the exterior, glazed base. PERIOD : late Ming (1566-1643 AD) MEASUREMENTS: 19 cm wide. CONDITION: two frittings to the rim and recent redecorate for polychrome color. Good sound when tapping with finger tips.

Chinese late Ming dynasty Dehua (blanc de chine) porcelain bombe form censer with flaring rim covered overall with a white glaze of warm pinkish tone with areas of darker pink pooling. The female immortal "He Xiangu" depicted as a dancer with wafting dress. Cast in bronze with partial gilding. Dating to the 16th or early 17th century.
