A rare small celadon dish, decorated in the center with moulded of twin fish and underside with lotus petals rising from the foot rim. Covered overall with a quality of 'powder green' glazed with slightly bluish tone. Southern-Song dynasty. Condition is very good, excepted a tiny flake glaze to the mouth rim (visible on enlargement 4), minor flake surface to foot rim, but no any cracks and free from restoration also. Diameter: 12.3 cm and High: 3 cm.

Golden glazed to footrim exposing grey body burnt red. Diameter : 33 cm Period : 14 th Century, Longquan Kiln, Zhejiang. Condition : Perfect, no chips, cracks, hairlines and free from restorations.

Description:

One decent painted jar was well molded in a grand look. By the straw glazed slip on the surface, the well maneuvered sketching motifs- the vibrant peony flowers and spread leaves were vividly rendered in a regular form around the straight wall.
From the freehand but strictly applied brushwork on the surface and the beige body clay revealed at the foot ring, the beautiful ware was authenticated as a piece from Cizhou kilns for sure -but a restricted one...

Decorated with chrysantemum scroll on the body, early lappets near base and classic scroll on the neck. Yuan Dynasty Diameter = 10.5 cm, Height = 9.5 cm Condition : restored to the broken item.

Decorated on both sides with saints or immortals in enamel colors. H.7 cm. Condition: a 5 mm almost invisible (glaze) crack right above the handle of the censer that one of the saints is resting on. Expected age wear.

A Fine Japanese Ivory Netsuke of a man with a cane and lantern finely carved by an expert artist signed on foot. Measuring approx. 2.5 inches or 6 centimeters tall in very fine condition. A large heirloom object b/w jar founded in South Sulawesi, decorated with a typically early Ching Kangxi period Circa (1662-1722) of continuously large Lotus blossoms around the body, base unglazed. Condition is perfect except minor glaze fritting to rim sides, no chips and no any cracks and free from restoration. Mouth diameter: 20.7cm/ High: 48cm/ Body maximum wide: 37.5cm.

Beautifully and artfully sculpted, this shaman, or sukia, sits with arms crossed on knees, smoking, in the traditional pose of these precolumbian figures from the region that now encompasses Costa Rica. Dating to the period 800-1400AD, it is in very good condition, with some loss to the toes on the right foot, and has some patinization from being handled, in addition to mineral encrustation. The lava stone is reddish gray, and the surface is mottled, as is the case with such stone...

This belt is part of the traditional costume worn by the Hmoung ethic minority group in the mountains of northern Thailand. Every square inch of the belt is intricately embroidered with a series of embroidery techniques including applique, sumack and cross stitches.
