This is a rare and good quality Ming dynasty longquan celadon export ware in very good condition. The dish stands on a short foot and then everted on a slightly flat base towards a short and flat everted scalloped rim. On the inside of the base of the celadon dish, it has a rare moulded motif with a “radiating sun ray” as compared to the usual incised or moulded lotus, floral, dragon or fish design...

Underside with continuously chrysanthemum scrolling. Condition: D shape re-stuck and two hairline restored, slightly warped and further in good condition. Ming dynasty Yongle private kiln/Mingyao ware. Diameter: 20 cm.

A good pair of slip decorated wine cups, both with white slip floral spray on brown glaze, underglazed blue seal mark on the base. Dehua ware during the Ming Wanli phase (1580-1600). Condition is good with only re-touched some tiny chips to the rim for both, no cracks. Diameter: 5.5 cm and 5.4 cm.
