Description: A fantastic boxwood carving of a court lady was carved by famous contemporary artist Won Du-Fun in 1990s. As a registered national honoured artist, Won made numerous works of art which had been collected by the national galleries and museums. A certificate is accompanied with the fine piece. A beautifully written tea room scroll by 19th century calligraphist and seer/soothsayer Yokoyama Marumitsu (1780-1854) bordered in pale green brocade and featuring bone rollers. The calligraphy is very expressive, dark lines varying dramatically in width as they curl down the wide sheet. The signature line reads A 72 year old man Kiosanjin Marumitsu making the scroll date to 1851 by Japanese age count(Kiosanjin was one of his many literary names)...

Description: A gilt-bronze Buddha figure was casted in 10th-12th century at northern China. Small but delicately carved with good quality bronze , this item has dark shining patina which yields the enduring age. The typical facial expression of Liao Dynasty further makes us to believe the date is for sure. The last picture shown is a grand piece from Shang-hai Museum of China. Condition: Between the robe's pleats, traces of gilt gold is still revealing. Height: 8cm

This beautiful mahogany wood, glass encased pharmacy beam balance scale dates to the 1900-1920s era. It is in very nice condition with the wood case exhibiting a warm colored original patina. The brass scale weighing mechanism is in working order and the sliding front glass panel lifts smoothly. Marked “Made in Germany – Schaar”.

Measuring 4 ¼ inches high with a 3 /14 inch diameter, this UNUSED, 1 pound can of circa EARLY 1930’s, Old BLACK JOE Axle Grease is in very fine condition! There is some wear to the paint along the edge of the lid cover and at the top and bottom side surfaces, but virtually no rusting! The only noted rusting was to the base of the can and this is very superficial and can be buffed away...

Outstanding sterling and chrysoprase bracelet c. 1950-60 by Danish designer N.E. From. The stones are a vivid emerald green, mush brighter than the photos were able to capture and the clasp is wonderful looking. It measures 8" end to end and 7/8" wide. The weight is 46 grams and it is in fine original condition and signed as shown. A great design.
