Chinese Song Dynasty Qingbai Porcelain Twin Fish Dish (Ex. Lammers Collection)

Small celadon jar with four lugs handle, decorated incised with impressive Dragon chasing a flaming pearl and wave in the bottom, covered overall with olive green glaze, base unglazed. Some red clay adhere on the body cause long times buried, Indonesia excavated pieces. Yuan-Ming dynasty Long Quan ware. Condition is perfect with High: 8.1 cm.

An extremely rare blue & white bowl, decorated outside with reverse a white on blue of Three Friends of Winter among flower scroll and fungus/ruyi. Inside also with same reverse a white on blue flower scroll in the center and classic scroll around the rim. The base with "Da Ming Nien Zhao" seal mark. Ming dynasty 15th century. Condition is good, only two minor tiny chips to rim, no cracks and free from any restoration...

A celadon bowl with finely potted rounded form, decorated incised to interior with waves and center cloud, chrysanthemum blossoms to the exterior. Koryo dynasty 12th-13th century. Condition damaged like indicated on the pictures. Diameter: 11.5cm and High: 6cm.

A rare plate specimen Dingyao with vividly moulded decoration of chrysanthemum flowers and key-fret pattern border, exterior is plain and covered overall with ivory tint white glaze, rim unglazed . Song dynasty Ding ware. Condition with two tiny flake chips to the underside and re-touched , further in good condition with no any cracks, no any chips found at the interior. Diameter: 18cm and High: 3.5cm.

A rare Koryo Celadon, decorated with incised Peony scroll, covered overall with olive green glaze. It might be like Roof Tile?, any advise or comments would be appreciated. Korea 12th century, Koryo dynasty period. Condition: split in to two pieces.Long 25.5 cm x Wide 9 cm.

Description:

A black-glazed tripod censer was in decent look by molding with two long handles on the sides.
Uniquely there were squeezed and applied motifs of dragon and phoenix being decorated on two sides of the surface separately.
The coarse but dense-quality body clay was revealed at the bottom including the feet.
The feet were squeezed and applied to the bottom when potter's finger-mail prints were being left to the body clay...

Black glazed ewer of pear shaped with slightly everted rim, prominent spout and carved handle, covered overall with black glaze on the grey stoneware body, flat unglaze base. Song dynasty but i believed it's quite possible that early ware. Excavated or found in the river on Ternate island, east Indonesia. Some water plant adhere on the base and inside the ewer. Condition is very good except one hairline at the rim and kiln chip on the body, showing on enlargement 6, otherwise is perfect...

Description:

A Qingbai ewer was well mold in decent look.
In rice-white tint of the glaze from which infiltration of incursion was observed, the ewer was applied with arched handle and two loops.
Whitish body clay was revealed at the bottom when darken firing tint was yielded along the rim.
Minute incursions were happened to the mouth rims.
It was rarely found a Qingbai ewer with a melon-shaped body.

Date: Southern Song/Yuan periods, 12th,13th century...

Dating : Ming dynasty 15th century, Xuande-Zhendong period ware. Condition : one short firing crack 0.6 cm, one long 4 cm very light glaze hairline and the other 1 cm, no chips and free from any restoration. Diameter: 15 cm.

A black glazed Hare'sFur bowl, Song dynasty Jian ware, condition is perfect. Diameter: 10 cm.

Very Rare Chinese Yuan Dynasty Early Blue & White Covered Jar (Ex. Grahame Clarke Collection)

This very rare and attractive small covered jar was made during the Yuan Dynasty (AD 1279 - 1368) by one of the kilns at Yuxi county in Yunnan province, one of the first places in the world where blue & white ware was produced. Similar wares were first unearthed in 1973 in Lufeng County, Yunnan Province although, surprisingly, such wares are still relatively unknown to western collectors...

A circular celadon box, decorated to the top with lotus blossom. Southern-Song dynasty 12th-13th century Longquan ware. Condition is very good near perfect, only with minor flake glaze to rim (visible on enlargement 4) and tiny dull to glaze considered excavated from sea water, further in perfect shape. Diameter: 7.5cm and High: 3cm.

Description: A Qingbai box with cover which decorated as a mandarin duck was painted with splashed russet glaze. In pale blue hue, beautiful crackles spread all over the surface. Date: Southern Song (1127-1279) Height: 5.5cm Condition: Touch-ups had been done only on the glaze in two parts separately at the rims of basin and cover.

Beautifully and artfully sculpted, this shaman, or sukia, sits with arms crossed on knees, smoking, in the traditional pose of these precolumbian figures from the region that now encompasses Costa Rica. Dating to the period 800-1400AD, it is in very good condition, with some loss to the toes on the right foot, and has some patinization from being handled, in addition to mineral encrustation. The lava stone is reddish gray, and the surface is mottled, as is the case with such stone...

Koryo dynasty olive toned celadon bowl with a large, impressed peony decoration inside the bowl and incised fine line around the inside of the foliate rim. The body thinly potted but strong as in the manner of Chinese Yingqing wares of the same period. A nice bowl with balance potted, decorated to the exterior with continuously Indian Lotus pattern and interior center with a branch of flower within double circle. Ming dynasty 15/16 century Chenghua-Hongzhi period. Condition is good except two chips to mouth rim. Diameter: 14.8cm.
