This beautiful French Enamelware salt box. circa 1930’s, is in great condition for its age. Measuring approximately 5 inches high (to top of wooden lid) & 9-1/2 inches high in the back, it has a wonderful pale blue speckled pattern. Rare and magnificent Hector Aguilar 990 silver and obsidian bracelet. This same bracelet, but with malachite stones, is featured on page 24 of the book SILVER MASTERS OF MEXICO by Morrill. They date is c. 1940. The round black cabachon stones appear at first glance to be onyx, however in certain light, the greenish, brownish irridescence of the stones can be seen ( see photo #5)and it is clear that they are indeed obsidian.
