This is a wonderfully colored set of seven Old Paris plates, floral polychrome center medallion on white ground with lilac rims and gilded edges, each plate varies in floral arrangement, overlapping gilt monogram "BRJ" on border of each plate with small crown, one plate has two crazing spots, small chips, measures 5 5/8 in diameter.

There are some initials after the word Taxco "I G...". Just over 1 3/4" wide (4 tier style) and weighs 1 oz or 28 grams on postal scale...

This listing contains two beautiful vintage perfume bottles by Corday. Circa 1930's, both are in good condition. One has a bone top, measures 2 inches high & is marked “Corday” on the bottom. This wonderful scenic oil on artist board was purchased at a large market in the heart of Paris. There is a signature in the lower left corner, A. Gergeard 1933 and a sticker on the back with the address of the shop where the artist board was sold. The painting is in great condition with only the edges and corners showing a bit of wear. A brilliantly textured Oni-Hagi bowl dating from the early 20th century by Deika (Sakata Deika XII, died 1934), the radically fissured surface ruptured by exploding inclusions; the scars connected by cracks in the glaze giving the appearance of constellations written into a yellow sky. Outside the bowl is an earthy beige, mostly eclipsed by pale white. Inside the basin is the same earthy color, while all the walls are like salt foam...

Sold. Early Mark for Danecraft, Bracelet Marked: "Sterling" "Fo in C". Early Deco design links with a newer fold over clasp. This sweet bracelet is pictured in one of the jewelry books and is a lighter weight, but perfect for the smaller, daintier wrist at 7" X 3/8" wide. Very nice condition with nicely darkened crevices. Terrific Blue French Enamelware Saltbox!
This beautiful French Enamelware salt box. circa 1930’s, is in great condition for its age. Measuring approximately 5 inches high (to top of wooden lid) & 9-1/2 inches high in the back, it has a wonderful pale blue speckled pattern. It has a couple of minor dings along the bottom ridge (see photos), but nothing at all to detract from the charm of this splendid piece.

Rare and magnificent Hector Aguilar 990 silver and obsidian bracelet. This same bracelet, but with malachite stones, is featured on page 24 of the book SILVER MASTERS OF MEXICO by Morrill. They date is c. 1940. The round black cabachon stones appear at first glance to be onyx, however in certain light, the greenish, brownish irridescence of the stones can be seen ( see photo #5)and it is clear that they are indeed obsidian. This smashing bracelet is in fine original condition...

A lovely set of Taisho period studio pottery Tokkuri sake decanters; the very thin walls made of fine clay covered in earth-toned glassy glaze crackled along drip edges. A bundle of twigs alongside a kindling hearth are painted in iron on the side, with a grinding bowl and pestle of dark clay in raised relief. Along the base of one is the artists stamp reading Hozan. The base diameter is 2-1/4 inches (5.7 cm) and they stand 4-3/4 (12 cm) tall...

An incredible ivory netsuke of a Hannya devil mask with inlayed eyes. The detail in the Faust like features is absolutely superb. In this case I will let the photographs speak for us. Although not contemporary, this Netsuke dates from the mid 20th century. Due to certain features, we believe it was made in China prior to or during World War II, during Japans occupation (1932-1945). The, inlay in the eyes is consistent with this interpretation and the ivory appears to be of Indian origin. I...

Unmarked Unsigned Sweeping Studio Silver 'Safety' Pin with Silvery Gray Art Glass Stone that has been bezel set. Very well executed, a shame it is unmarked, Late Arts Crafts or Danish perhaps? Tests at least 90% silver. Primitive but effective 'diaper', kilt pin stem with nice spring feel to it. Has not been polished. 2.5" long X .5" wide. Were this signed, it would certainly command more than twice this low price.
