This Reveri bracelet full of tiny beads and chain link is one inch tall and 7 in. long of methodical placement of each. The weight is 58 grams of thick silver with heft. An aquatint in colors by the famous Chinese artist Zao Wou-ki (Zao Wuji). He was born in Beijing 1921 and worked in Paris. Signed, dated '59 and numbered 32/95 in pencil. Condition: trimmed (die stamp of l'Oeuvre gravée only last 3 letters), slightly soiled and creased, reverse with annotations in pencil and traces of former mounting, one pinhole in image. Valentin Vidaurreta was a designer during the Spratling era and many collectors believe the very best of all. His work as in this treasure is stunning. Pieces signed by him are so rare as he was not in Taxco a great deal of time in his life. This is an exquisite sterling bracelet with large cabachon emerald and obsidian stones and pearls by Salvador Teran. I have always seen this signed Aguilar but it has been thought to be a Valentin Vidaurreta design. It is thought to resemble a Mask and is a sleek jewel at 5/8's inches tall and weighs a mere 27 grams of thick silver. The silver is 940 pure and with no damage but plenty of glare. There is a natural dark patina.

Salvador Teran was one of the important Mexican designers from the Spratling Era and this elegant and early pearl and stone necklace bares his signature. Partially rubbed but the signature is there.
