From the wearable art movement of the mid-century, these are sterling screwback earrings by Modernist Ed Wiener. Like miniature mobiles, they measure 1 1/2" long and wide and when on the ear, they move when you move. Fine original condition and signed as shown. A fine example of the work of this great jeweler.

Back loop will fit up to 1 1/8 inch strap. Raised abstract design. 34grams. Beautiful vintage condition with no dents or dings. Wiener opened his first shop in New York City in 1946. Featured in MESSENGERS OF MODERNISM where it's said of Wiener, "As a jeweler he was an interpreter of the major trends in modern art".

Rebajes Elephant made of cut and hammered copper. Probably intended to be used as an ashtray this piece appears to be unused. Rebajes animals are not easily found, and make excellent additions to a Rebajes collection. Signed. I have never seen this vintage design 441 Los Castillo bracelet before. It has a striking presence at 1.5in. tall and has excellent weight at 78 grams. The length is 7 inches which fits most. There are no damages or repairs on this treasure. The patina is natural and dark. I added a picture of a Doris Silver pectoral also listed on my site that is a wonderful pairing to this bracelet. Definitely mark this one down for collectors of things of beauty, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Fabulous pair of vintage Los Castillo weighted copper angel candleholders in a classic Salvador Teran design from the 1950s, I believe. These can be found in brass and silver plate with or without inlaid wings but I love the fantastic patina that the copper has developed over the years in this pair. Though a set, one of the pieces is slightly bigger than the other - they are after all handwrought works and bound to exhibit small dissimilarities...

Rare and magnificent repousse sterling silver pectoral necklace & earrings designed and signed c.1950's by Taxco, Mexico artist Margot van Voorhies Carr. Margot passed in 1985. The necklace has a wearable length up to 16 1/2 inches. Each swan is 3 1/4"L X 1 1/2"W. Together the measurement of the double swan pendant is approximately 5" across and 2 1/4"H. The earrings are each 1 1/4"L. Screw backs work perfectly. Total weight of the set is 3.6oz, 101grams...

These blue eyed fast flyers can fly tgether as a brooch or can be separated and worn as two clips. They are gold plated, marked Coro Duette and also Coro with the pegasus mark. Pat. No. 1798867 is stamped on the frame. Overall measurements are 2 1/8" wide, 2 1'4" high.

Beautiful sterling abstract design bracelet by Danish Modernist Bent Knudsen. Impeccable construction with lots of movement, it measures 7" end to end and is 7/8" wide. The closure is a fascinating screw bolt. It weighs 94 grams and has a matte finish. The condition is excellent and all original.Signed for Bent Knudsen, Denmark as shown in the photo. A great machine age industrial bracelet from one of Denmark's most important designers.
