A blue & white large dish, decorated to the center with a deer in landscape, found only on this Swatow family, the sides decorated with floral spray, prunus branch and encircling with key fret border. Exterior with floral pattern, adhere to the foot rim with sand grit as known as typically of Zhangzhou ware products, Ming dynasty late 16th to early 17th century. Condition is a hairlines, a small chip on the rim, firing fault ( as seen on pictures) and free from restoration. Diameter: 27.5cm.

A misshapen bowl excavated and assembled from several pieces using the kintsugi gold technique. Originally a kiln flaw, it was likely destroyed after creation, later to be excavated and assembled as was popular in the later Edo period. Misshapen,and with a large kutsuki on one side, it is 4 x 5 x 3 inches (10 x 12.5 x 8 cm) and comes in a wooden box.
Small figure in urushi lacquer. Unusual model of a doll wearing large dress with details of flowers in mother-of-pearl and gold leaf. It suggests the gosho ningyo, which may have served as a model. Being decorated on the surface and in the cavetto with carved motifs, the stem cup was well mold in decent shape.
Somehow tilted due to manual pottering, which was not unusual as we may expect from an old production

With a green and yellow glaze, decorated in relief with a fish between water plants. One side of the flask is left uncleaned to show how the flask was found. The soil can be easily removed. Condition: very good with expected age wear and age cracks in the glaze. 20 cm.
